How do I put it in pairing mode so I can connect to different devices?

Once the earbuds are paired to a device they will automatically connect to the paired device when you take them out from the charging case. If you need to pair them to a different device you need to remove or disconnect them manually from the first device then pair them to a bew device.

Are they touch control?

Yes. The earbuds are touch control.

Is there at least a limited warranty on this product? Product stop working less than 3o days of purchasing them.

I got mine on June 16th and Amazon says they are eligible for return until July 15th. So about a 30 day return window. Hope this helps

How do you turn the volume up?

While the sound is playing you can use the phone side buttons to turn the volume up or down.
