This ice maker is the answer!!! ICE ICE ICE๐
This ice maker is perfect. It produces more than enough for my family of 8. It does not affect the taste of the iceโฆ. It taste exactly like my water. Very simple to hook up. My husband had it up and running in less than 15 minutes. No regrets- I would pick this ice maker all over again.

Poor performer
Ice maker loses plug often and stops working. The unit does not work well outside. There is no removeable ice bucket. Ice transfer from small scoop. It takes a long time to empty the bucket. The seller wants me to pay for return shipping. I bought another unit that works much better. I have not had good luck with third party sellers.

Great Customer Service
This ice maker is perfect for what we needed it to be - makes ice fast and the perfect size. Unfortunately, about 6 months after purchasing, there was an issue where the ice wasn't dropping into the bin. I reached out to customer support, and they have been amazing. They responded quickly to help me resolve this issue, first giving me troubleshoot instructions, and now by sending me a replacement unit.

Great Under-counter Ice Machine!
Easy to install, ice capacity is huge! Clear ice, low noise, and works perfect for our needs

Produces sheets not cubes
Works well but must be attended to. Ice comes out in sheets, not cubes. Have to use an ice pic several times a day or it will stop making ice. I would rather have had one that produces cubes not sheets. Also went to home Depot so I could tie it in to the water system as opposed to the faucet

Stopped Working after 18 mos
The ice maker stopped working after 18 months with an E2 error. Looks like it will have to be replaced

Easy and works
1 year review. Works good just enough ice for our family restaurant. Instructions was unclear of installing it but managed to get it altogether. After that itโs been making ice ever since.
