Worked for a few weeks until it didn't.
Remote worked fine for 2 months. Then just died. Never worked again, changed batteries and still nothing.Getting a hold of the seller was near impossible, the way Amazon makes it, honestly so i gave up.Looks like im going to have to buy another one, unfortunately. Durability in question but maybe i got a bad one?After reading my review, the company reached out and offered a full refund. Outstanding customer service like this is not often seeing these days. I've changed my review from one Starr to four stars due to the companies response. I'm gonna chalk it up to me. Getting a bad Unit.

My Sony TV remote for my SONY XBR65X900F TV finally died. It started one night with the left back button not working and the next day the entire thing went kaput. I found this one it was the closest looking remote to the OG SONY that I have had for five years. I read the reviews…of course there will be some not so great reviews as per usual. There was one review where the person said they had to do no set up whatsoever!! They put in X2 AAA batteries pressed the ON button and they were good to go. This was what I was looking for. So…I ordered it …IT WORKS!!

I bought these replacement remotes because the one I had was acting crazy! Once I put the batteries in, the remote was working for my tv. No programming! Just point and click

Solid replacement for my seven - year - old Sony Bravia...
The last replacement I bought was a Bluetooth and the voice functionality did not work, so when I discovered that this remote is Bluetooth also, I was a little upset (it WAS advertised as "Infared"). HOWEVER, the remote Voice function does work, and the remote has every function the original had for my television, except for a "Picture Off" feature, which I can live with.. There are quite a few of these replacement remotes, this particular item is a very acceptable choice, imo....
