Great quality springform pan
Used this to make a Basque-style cheesecake, and it came out great. The seal is quite tight, and I like the edge on the bottom. Looking forward to trying out other recipes, both savoury and sweet. I'll probably purchase a different size in future.

Very good quality
This is a perfect size for up to 4-6 servings of cake. Excellent quality and a very well designed bottom. Easy to clean and bake with.

Very good product
I wanted to make a raised game pie but the traditional tins are really expensive. Then I saw this and decided to give it a go. I'm glad I did. It was excellent. Built in leakage/drip tray is a good tight fit. Pie didn't stick and it's easy to clean. Very happy with it. I've used it for cakes, baked cheese cakes and as a bread mold since the pie and it's been good.

Better than expected. Great improvement over cheap steel version
This is much better than the steel version it replaces and it won't rust. Onlyy the closing clip is steel. Even the rivets are aluminium.Time will tell how it ages. The rimmed base is also great for it to double up as a serving plate.Best springform I have ever used but I'm no cook or chef!!

High hopes dashed
I had high hopes from this bakeware. Unfortunately there is a large gap where the tin meets the tray near the fastening and slight gap all the way around; ingredients flood out. Such a shame as this looks to be a sturdy piece if kit, that has been let down by product testing and quality checks. As such, I would not recommend.
