Tasty and effective for hypos but harden over time
I bought these to treat hypos. The packets just about fit neatly in your pocket, and the tablets taste good and work effectively. Unfortunately they have one downside, which is that they harden over time and become very tough to chew. If you leave an emergency packet in your bag/purse/rucksack etc for weeks just be aware that it might not be very chewable when you actually need it.

Bought these for my mum as she is a diabetic and it is the most economical way to buy them. They work by raising her blood sugar levels . The taste is of blackcurrant and has a chalky texture . They last for ages aswell and have a good shelf life .
