Second one of these I’ve purchased. Bought this one for my son in law. I gave him my old Traeger. He’s learning to smoke chicken legs and wings first. This thermometer has performed well for me the past few years and I haven’t even needed to change the battery. It’s accurate. I’ve tested the accuracy with my old thermometer. It’s on point.
