How do you use the solvent?

I use it for all parts of the body,I have been using dsmo for many years specially when I was a heavy weight lifter. I use dsmo for sore muscles, for the knees right before I start running so the ligament are warmed up. The most important thing is you don’t want to over do it cause the 70 and 90% strength can burn the skin and don’t use it everyday. If you have chronic pain in any part of the then you should see a doctor. Also if you have arthritis of the hands it will help but make sure you wash your hands before using the dsmo. Remember like any ointment dsmo is not a miracle cure. I hope this will be helpful in answering your questions concerning DSMO. John

I have been using DSMO for almost 25 years, I am 71 years old and I still continue to use dsmo. It I very good for aching muscles and for arthritis of the hands and shoulders. You should start by only using small amounts on the skin if you use to much it can cause Irritation and burning . By only the one that is 70% strength the 100% is to strong. I would rather use dsmo than using the over the counter products like atomic Balm. Hope this is useful for you it’s not a miracle drug but it does help. DSMO dose not need to be refrigerated. It is best to keep in the open or in a cabinet .
