Fine Mesh Strainers Reinforced Anti-Break Handle Drink Tea Strainer Sliver

This sturdy small mesh filter is a staple in my kitchen. I always used bigger clunkier versions but now I’ve found this one, I use it much more than the larger ones I’ve had in the past. I’ve used this a lot and the mesh hasn’t broken or leaked. Easy to handle. Highly recommend

I test all stainless steel now because there are a lot of non-food grade cheap stainless being sold as higher quality food grade stainless steel. This strainer looks identical to another strainer I just purchased and that one was not food grade stainless steel even though it was advertised as being so. When I first took this one out of the box I didn't think that it was going to pass the test because it looked identical to the fake one. It even weighed the same. Goes to show you that you just can't tell if something is real stainless steel unless you actually test it. But as you can see in the pictures this strainer did pass the test. The reagent drops stayed green where as the fake one would turn red instantly. The strainer diameter is a little smaller than the cup I use so I would have preferred it to be a little larger. But if you're okay with the size, this one is the real deal.

Good over all. Still let's in the finest grinds of coffie but that doesn't bother me to much. I dont like to keep appliance clutter on my counter tops so I try to find alternative ways to cook/make things just with oven/stove, pots and pans. Still worth the money, I got it on a deal so I couldn't pass it up. It's easy to clean as long as you don't leave it sitting in water. The handle sits on my smaller and larger mugs just fine.

I like the cone shaped of this strainer to help filter out to narrow bottles. It is sturdy, well made and strong. It is dishwasher safe and thick. It will have to take a lot of force to make a dent in it.

Replacement for a 30 year old strainer that conked out. Lol
