Does this need dormancy? Is it Drosera Spatulata?

I don’t know but I wouldn’t buy it from this company. They mold almost immediately and the Bloomify customer support is absolutely terrible. They said they were sending me a refund and then they just totally ghosted me. By then it was too late to return it thru Amazon and I had thrown it away because YUCK!! Who would keep that mess? It was a really bad experience.

If these are carnivorous, how do they survive without food ?
