This thing is less than 1/3 the price of the PRIME RO-T8 spreader bar, color me super impressed. It works as advertised and is really solid for a myriad of pulldowns, rows and pushdowns. That being said, it's a fairly long piece so if you plan on using for lat pulldowns, tricep pushdowns etc. you have to account for lengthening your muscle, which this implement makes difficult without bottoming out. May have to sit on the floor or kneel on the floor to optimize use. All that being said, it's as good as the PRIME piece for $50 instead of $170.

I have the name brand prime equipment to compare these to(pictured), and I can say they they seem to be pretty good quality. Color is exactly the same. You can tell that it is a different type of paint. Not as chip resistant as prime, but very good paint. The welds aren't as good as prime, but with the way these bars are build they are sufficient. I have done 300 lb cable lat pulldowns with these without a problem. I can't attest to the quality of the off brand handles, but these bars are sturdy

I’m always looking for unique attachments to get the most out of my workouts. I had the best back workout in years due to this attachment. I’m a personal trainer and have been in the business for 30 years. I can’t recommend this SP-Spreader enough.It has such an amazing range of motion and articulation that it truly maximizes your back exercises. I did 6 different back exercises just with this attachment. It allows you to use any grip and switch between them with such ease. I went from a pronated to a neutral grip so smoothly.I was able to get deeper and more narrow on different exercises while allowing me to adjust within the movement. The grips are also solid and amazing. They pivot the exact amount and lock into place perfectly.I will be getting more attachments and reviewing them from this company.

I got these since Prime Fitness versions are insanely pricey. They feel alright but I honestly use them like once a month to try to get some use out of them but I always go back to some d handle or mag grip knockoff because it never feels quite right.Might just be personal opinion but I would reconsider getting these over some more generic handle options unless you have a purpose already in mind for these.

These handles are perfect for pulling movements on my functional trainer. They are great for iso cable rows! Highly recommend!

I recently received the SP-Long Bar (knockoff ROT8 style), and the one I received came with obvious defects right out of the box. There were multiple inconsistencies in the finish, including visible blemishes along the attachment points, and the central hole showed signs of poor welding to repair damage. This was sent as new, SMH!Functionally, the bar still works, but this kind of structural defect raises serious concerns for any cable attachment, especially one marketed as HEAVY DUTY.If you're planning to order one, I strongly recommend inspecting as soon as it arrives.Check the welds, alignment, and finish quality before considering it safe or worth keeping.
