These 2" wide elasticized suspenders are the best thing for men with full tummies, especially if that's the primary place they store excess weight. My husband was in dire need of something other than a standard belt for his jeans, since they seemed to be riding lower and lower in front. Come to the rescue these heavy duty and well-built suspenders! I did search around on Amazon a bit before finding them, and was thankful for good reviews. My own review, and my husband's assessment, is that they are strong but comfortable, and actually more stylish than I would have thought. He wore them around outside while working on projects and loves them! Also, he is 6'3", with a longer torso than inseam, and there is enough strap adjustment length to fit a taller span. He only had about 1" left to spare after sliding the buckles lower, but he won't need any further adjusting. The hooks seem pretty strong, possibly stronger than the stitched belt loops on his jeans ... it's a toss-up between which would break apart first after wearing these every day with a lot of bending and moving around. I plan to buy a 2nd pair soon so he'll have one for back-up if the these end up needing washing. I highly recommend these, and consider the price point of 20.00 well worth my investment for their strong support.

Came across these somewhat by accident, but I am glad it happened. Started wearing suspenders a couple of years ago (age and gravity thing), started out with a clamp-on version of a work attire brand. Found the clamps to be somewhat of a pain to install and one of the clamps frequently came unclamped when entering and exiting my truck. Decided to try the Welkinland light duty that hooked around the belt loops, which were both easy to install and didn't come unhooked getting in and out of my truck. Wasn't paying attention when I thought I was ordering a second set of light duty and bought the heavy duty by mistake. I ultimately ended up benefiting from the mistake - the metal hooks on the heavy duty feel more robust than the plastic ones on the light duty and the elasticity of the straps on the heavy duty provides for more comfort. Sometimes mistakes ultimately end up being the best choice.

My husband loves these! He loves the extra wide straps that don't dig into his shoulders, and he especially appreciates the buckles that latch onto his belt loops! They stay put unlike the ones with teeth that latch on to the waistband and don't stay there. These suspenders are heavy duty, but they look nice too. I'll be ordering more!

The suspenders work well. Great clips! But the elastic material doesn’t hold up well. As you can see in the photo, one side has gotten all twisted up into a narrow bunch. Maybe that’s where the expression ‘Don’t get your suspenders in a bunch’ came from?

These braces are fantastic. Highly functional, better than clips. better than buttons. No more trouble with twisted braces because these can be untwisted in a second without removing anything. The 50mm width makes them very comfortable, and they are the first braces that I have been able to wear. Brilliant, good quality and strong. Good value, they look smart and definitely hold your trousers up in comfort and style.

Hard to beat for the price. I don't have much of a gut, but just enough that belts are uncomfortable. Used to wear suspenders when I worked track maintenance for the railway; bought these now for trucking and they are awesome. Very comfortable. Way better than the snap style most use. The snaps always inevitably bend or wear out, but these with their clips are great.
