Auto Car Universal Rubber End Clamp on 25mm 1" Intake Air Filter Blue

I use this filter on the intake hose of my Chinese diesel heater. This filter is a substantial improvement over the filter provided with the heater. As best I can tell, the pressure loss across the filter is the same as the OEM filter, but the air filtration is much better. The intake air noise is slightly louder, but that is a small trade-off for the increased filtration. As of this review, I have perhaps 10 hours of filter use and there are no indications of wear or impending failure. I am pleased with the filter and its price point. When the filter does require replacement, I will buy another of this filter.

Easy to install and works great. Well worth the money

If you have a 4runner, you probably know there's a rinky dink piece of foam that flies out or gets sucked up ($600 fix!) or your filter housing might be empty. This is a quick, cheap fix. Fits great. I let the auto shop students change mine.

It makes me feel better about the way the factory filter is located, I always was worried the factory one was cheap foam and I was worried it would eventually come apart and get into the smog pump

Placed this on the air intake of my Diesel Heater. Inexpensive piece of mind that something that shouldn't go into the heater is filtered out. Been working great since I purchased it.

Melted from underhood heat. Look good but lasted less than a few months.

Did what I needed.

The color somewhat matched the vehicle color, so that had a bit of importance to me. I use this on another vehicle and it works really well.
