It is definitely a soft product. I would recommend these to anyone. My ears get very sensitive to the cannula after a while and these feel great! The nasal prongs are a perfect size.

I was concerned these may not be of very good quality, because of the price point. I was thinking the tubing may easily crimp or collapse, but I haven’t had any problems with them at all. I’m very happy with them.

We have purchased this product a couple of times and have really enjoyed them. This last time the cannula's seemed to have several little kinks in the them. My husband felt like it was constructing the oxygen. My suggestion is to open them as soon as you get them to verify they don't have any kinks. These cannulas have the longer nose piece.

No kinks. This is better than from the oxygen supplier. This is also more comfortable and fits better than the oxygen supplier. The prices are great too. It worked well with Inogen that I used. It isn't so thick that it's "heavy", it's lightweight but strong. I recommend this product.
