I bought one of these four years ago and used it all of the time. It finally gave out after for years of use. I bought two more because they work so well and are super convenient. I pack them with frozen ice packs and they keep my drinks cold for hours, even in a hot car! The straps are comfortable, it has a good quality zipper, and is a good size. I highly recommend!

After purchasing several backpack coolers I have found: 1. They are not waterproof! Don't believe any claim. 2. The zippers always fail first. 3. Two years is the longest any have ever lasted (zippers). So that being said, I like this one so far. The zippers glide easier than any I've had and it is a decent build. Also it has an extra strap to secure it to your back for vigorous activities.The only thing I do not like about it is that it will not stand up when placed on the floor/ground. It is cut on an angle. Other than that 5 stars.

I bought this backpack cooler back at the beginning of December 2024, and the quality isn't as good as my previous backpack cooler from Coleman. One of the straps is already coming undone and frayed. It is otherwise a good product. It is portable and wearable which is nice for me because I have a bit of a walk into work from the parking lot. It keeps my food cold with the ice packs. I like the color. I have reached out to the manufacturer to start a warranty claim.

Good value for an insulated backpack.Wish the color black was the same price as the blue color.Purchased the blue since the color didn't matter to me in this case.
