There is so little we can buy her now, she needs nothing that isn't supplied at the home. She wears a medium to large in clothes but I ordered a S/M in the cape after reading the other reviews and it was perfect! A M/L would have been too large.) Keep in mind that the seams will be visible. Although you may want the pockets on the outside now, once you put the Cape on and try the inside pockets, you may likely change your mind.
