I’ve only had this a week but fell in love with it after the first half hour , if there’s a down size it’s because it doesn’t hold much water , I’ve got a different one in my bedroom that’s got a lot bigger tank , however this one is much better in my living room , the mist does look like fire when the lights on , it’s got a timer too , I’ve used wax melts for a long time but didn’t like having to get the old wax out to put new ones in , and unless you buy the expensive melts there was no smell unless you were stood near it , I did buy some scented oils and added more to the wax , even though it tells you not to the scent doesn’t last as long as this diffuser though , I wish I had found this one years ago so obviously I recommend it , you will eventually know how much oil you’ve to add to the water so you get the smell to your liking .the rocks look lovely at night time with the bulb on , apparently these rocks have something that makes you feel good , so all in all yes I would buy it again

Only had it two days and so far, I love it! A drop of lavender oil (not supplied by seller) and the place smells lovely and the flame is so intoxicating to watch in the evening. Only complaint - the on/off timer/flame switches are very fiddly - I even thought it arrived broken. But they work - just got to fiddle with it to get it to come on, touch hard, touch soft, just press ---it's a pain to twiddle around with it, but after I've had it a while, I'll get used to it.

This is so nice to relax and mix with your favourite essential oils. Just like the picture but a slight gap on the lid, barely noticeable only from certain angles hence the 4 stars. Very good product however and would recommend for a nice relaxing addition to your home.

I absolutely love this diffuser. I’ve got one myself and I bought one for my best friend as a Christmas present. It looks absolutely pretty beautiful like a mini little fireplace. I like to use the Spanish humidifier juices in this and my whole house smells incredible one thing I would recommend is every two or three uses make sure you clean it out as it can collect oil at the bottom it’s got different settings on it you could have a soft glow keep the light on and it has a beautiful flame effect. It’s also got a timer function on it which is one hour, two hour three hours or four, I turn it on in the evening and put it on the four hour timer and it goes off automatically just after I fall sleep. I’ve got the white marble colour and it looks so elegant. I will be buying more this year as Christmas presents would highly recommend beautiful diffuser

This diffuser is a star buy and the beautiful smell of essential oils is totally unbelievable,it's relaxing and the light can be dimmed on the diffuser.

This product is amazing. I got it for my daughter who is studying for exams is so relaxing. Going to buy another one, love it. Nice to buy a product from somebody who really cares lovely Wee note in the packaging explaining how the company was set up etc.

This diffuser is great gives a fabulous atmosphere. Easy to set up the buttons are very sensitive so don’t push hard. Also bought a set of oils when used gives of fantastic aroma. Like the idea you can set a timer which switches off when reached. Value for money, also can set different colours.

This salt lamp and oil diffuser is such a great purchase for me. I set it for 4 hours at night with eucalyptus oil in the water, and it's a relaxing and nice sleeping ambiance and moisture with the oil. I wake up well rested with much less congestion. Very pleased with this unit.

UPDATE: I must update my initial review to highlight how incredibly responsive this company was. Shortly after posting the review, they immediately reached out and issued a full refund. I used those funds to purchase the same diffuser again, and I’m happy to say the replacement works exactly as expected—quiet and enjoyable to use. It’s clear the first unit was likely just a fluke. While my initial experience wasn’t great, the company’s outstanding customer service and quick resolution completely changed my impression. I truly appreciate how seriously they took my feedback and how quickly they made things right. I took off one star because the water tank is too small for how I use diffusers. Otherwise, I am very happy and remain optimistic that this unit will remain quiet. ORIGINAL: I had high hopes for this diffuser based on the reviews, but it only worked well for about a month. Now, the motor is so loud that it’s more annoying than enjoyable. Unfortunately, I’m past the return window and will likely discard it. Additionally, the water tank is too small, especially for regular users like me. I have two other diffusers of similar size that hold much more water. I’m disappointed because I really love the look of this diffuser. I haven’t noticed any benefits from the salt. Maybe I was not fortunate enough to receive a unit free of defects.
