Another great product from WorldFit
This is my second product from Worldfit and just as good. This product is a great addition to the ISO Trainer and just as well-made.The only issue is it took a while for it to be delivered, but it was well worth the wait.

Another great product from World Fit
Took a while to get to me but worth the wait. Compliments my world fit Iso Trainer perfectly, same great quality and very versatile. Both items are lightweight and compact enough to take with you anywhere. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Convenient to use and built like a tank
For anyone interested in isometrics, this is a very handy tool. The asking price may seem high for a mere strap, but it's built of the highest quality components and should literally last a lifetime. The cam buckle is very easy to adjust and holds firm under tension. The handles are substantial, grippy and comfortable. I have a top-rated suspension trainer, and these handles are better. And the webbing is substantial enough that you won't have any problems with twisting or creasing. It could quite literally hold an elephant.I'd imagine that many people have found this product through Matt Shifferle's book Overcoming Isometrics. The book is strong on the mind-muscle connection and the exercises are mostly excellent. But there is an objectively better protocol for the isometric holds themselves. This new method is called Timed Static Contraction and was developed by some very serious people. I've been training for over 50 years and have worked with Olympic coaches - and in my experience TSC is the simplest, safest, most convenient, most time-efficient and most effective training method yet devised. It's at least as effective as any dynamic method, but all you need is a couple of straps. You can do it anywhere, any time and save a fortune in gym subs. It's brutally intensive, but you don't suffer much from DOMS after your sessions which is another major plus. There is no evidence at all that DOMS contributes to muscle growth, so avoiding it is a boon.Try it - you'll thank me. You'll find a manual for download from Drew Bayes on his website, and also a manual and excellent video from Steve Maxwell. Both were involved with the development of the technique and know their stuff. Together with Matt's book, you'll have access to a life-changing set of tools.
