The media could not be loaded. Fabulous item. The neck support is firm and seems to have given me upper shoulder pain relief. It fits amongst the other pillows well and seems to be the same size as a normal pillow. It does feel a little firm at first but in actual fact, it’s quite comfortable and soft. 10/10 would recommend.

I am genuinely impressed with this Memory Foam Neck Support Pillow. I desperately needed a new pillow – waking up with pounding headaches from my arthritic neck. Conventional pillows were a waste of money for me. This pillow has made a remarkable difference in alleviating my arthritic neck pains. I wake up with excruciating headaches making life difficult but I urged on!I’ve been using this pillow for a couple of weeks, and my sleep has improved significantly, drastically reducing my headaches.It took a couple of days to get used to the contour, but now I've grown to love it. It provides excellent support and seems to hold its shape well over time. There is a lower and higher side – I like the higher side even though I have a small frame. I ordered another pillow for my partner, who has severe scoliosis. I think this pillow is great for us side sleepers.Overall, I think this pillow is fantastic. It’s comfortable, supportive, and has improved my well-being.

Why did you choose this product over others?:I was diagnosed few months ago with IIH and it was really important for me to find a pillow that helped me with my neck and head support. I was browsing for a while and a friend with the same condition suggested me to check out this one. So, i bought this pillow and was really hyped, i couldn't wait to get a pillow that helped me sleeping better again. It arrived in a box and with his own plastic cover; as soon as i opened the pillow i could smell a strong chemical odor, but as i read about that on the reviews, i left my pillow few days catching air. Unfortunately, after a week, the smell was still there and was not pleasant. Contacted customer service which gave me some tips, and finally the smell went away!! It has been nearly a month now i have been using this pillow, and i can definitely say, i am sleeping better than before, i don't wake up with a bad headache o neck stiffness anymore as before. The support of the pillow is amazing, it will take a while for you to adjust as every pillow, but once you get used to it, you will feel the difference in your body and sleep. I find the pillow firm enough, not too hard and not too soft, it's comfortable once you get used to the shape that embrace your neck and head. Ideal for every sleeper, i vary from side sleeper to back to belly sleeper a lot and found myself comfortable in every position. I sleep better and it helps me manage my condition during the night, which allow me to sleep for at least 6/7 hour straight and not only 3 like before for the pain. Super approved!!

I'm in my mid forties and have spent most of the summer with a bad back. Now all of a sudden, my bed and pillows are uncomfortable and I'm getting neck and should pain too. Don't know if thats related to the back problem (most likely is) but I've had a week of real neck and shoulder discomfort. I've bought new pillows (not cheap ones) and nothing I've tried is making any difference.After reading reviews on a bunch of these type of pillows, I chose this one. If you suffer from the same problems I do then you'll know how miserable it is trying to get comfortable at night. Waking up with a stiff neck is the worst! I'm not exaggerating when I say, I love this pillow. Its firm and squishy and sort of molds to the shape of my face and head. I'm not a one pillow sleeper so I had to put another one under it to get my preferred height but it is so comfortable, already I'm noticing a difference. It took me no time to get used to it and the first night I slept on it, I woke up and my neck was noticeably less stiff. I hope this continues and I hope it doesn't lose its shape too quickly, which most pillows inevitably do. If it does, I like it so much that I'll just buy another one. Very happy customer 👍.

Made a big difference to my sleep and no more neck pains. I tried many different memory foam and standard pillows, this is the best so far. Decent quality and value too, 5 stars just for the difference it has made for me. Good size and firmness, has two levels of thickness and didn't really smell at all. Time will tell how it holds up to use, but for now I'm happy.

I received my pillow on time and have slept on it several nights. The pillow is very comfortable and is neither too hard or soft. I decided to buy a pillow as I kept waking up with a stiff neck. I no longer have this problem. Good pillow!
