What are the rubber bushings are for?

They go between the lower bracket and the ubolts. Go on the webite and down load the pdf file for the mounting instructions and print it out. The diagram will be much easier to read than the one furnished with the tracks which is printed on black paper stock.

Do the mounts come with? Can the mounts be purchased separately?

Mine came with mounting hardware.

Are there supposed to be instructions? All I got was a diagram with a note that says follow the instructions.

The instruction page I received was illegible due to being printed on black paper stock. I found several informative videos on utube on the use of the tracks and how to use the mounting hardware.
