I just received the Model S9 2.5 SATA drive enclosures from TCCMebius. I needed them for two drives. The packaging is very good and the price was right. Once I installed the 2.5 SATA drives they work just fine and the enclosures are well made. However, I think others will have the same problem I did, finding a way to open the enclosures. The directions on the Amazon page say just slide the top cover to open. Well, good luck. I tried pressing everywhere and forcing. Nothing worked until I saw a guy on Youtube open the same kind of thing, using a knife. It worked for me: you need a very thin blade of some kind and once it's in the enclosure can be slid open. I needed to transfer about 50 GB of files from my desktop to a laptop, and I saw write and read speeds of 220-240 mb/s. That's outstanding in my experience. I had an old Samsung 830 128 GB SSD, yes, an old 830 that worked great. I've never seen speeds like this on a usb 3 flash drive, so needless to say, i am very happy with this so far.

I found a spare SSD hard drive in my pile of discarded computer parts and decided to put it to use. It plugged into the case easily and securely. The USB plug and play connected to my laptop without an issue and after formatting the drive, I had an extra 4TB of external storage.

I have been using this for about a month and it has been very good so far. The transfer speed is not top-notch, but it works well. I usually get around 150–250 Mbps when transferring files. The SSD does not get too hot, which is a plus, and it connects very quickly.

Excellent ! This item works wonderfully for me. It is fairly sturdy, for the materials but of course with a drive in it you certainly dont want to drop it. I have at least 3 of them and have recommended it to family. When on old laptop needed to be replaced they used it to copy saved data to the new machine.

I had pulled my drives and RAM from a dead laptop, and wanted to use them as USB storage devices on my replacement. One was a 2.5 inch SSD data drive. That is what went into this drive enclosure. The review "Ideas" suggest I cover these: - Power Switch: The is no power switch on this case; - Cable Length: About 15 or 16 inches long, plenty for being near a laptop; - Design: The case is slightly bigger than the drive with same shape & enough room for the SATA circuit board; - Connectivity: The case uses a double-ended USB3 Type A male-to-male cable; - Material: A slightly tinted transparent plastic, so the drive printing is visible; - Durability: Considering the purpose of the case, it is strong enough to hold the drive and sit on a surface; As a side note... The case slides apart, and the case I purchased was a bit difficult to pull apart and slide back together. Since I am not planning on switching drives, this is OK for my purposes.

Non è robustissimo ma leggero e con un SSD diventa molto comodo da trasportare. Il cavo di tipo A-A facilita molto le connessioni anche nel caso lo si dovesse dimenticare o perdere. Anche a €13 rimane una case HD molto conveniente.

Buena carcasa para discos de 2.5. Se quitan y ponen muy fácilmente y funciona bien con velocidades altas. Transparente y ahumada para poder ver el disco que lleva dentro, muy práctico si tienes varios discos. Muy bonita. El precio es inmejorable para una caja de este tipo. Las compro de dos en dos. No se puede pedir más por este precio. Tiene un cable USB tipo A macho/macho, el mejor y más robusto que se puede poner en productos de este tipo. Recomendada sin duda alguna.
