Simon Tools Magnetic M12 Bit Holder for Milwaukee M12 Fuel Impact Driver

Fiancé loved it. It didn’t quite fit his drill, but it still is able to stay on there and it actually does hold stuff with the magnet. He said it’s super useful.

This fits and looks like it belongs on my impact. It's perfect to hold the attachments I use most frequently without having to go back to the box every time. The screw holder magnet is a little bit too weak to be a reliable holding spot for my screws though, unfortunately, unless they are tiny and youre not vibrating it too much, which I tend to. Also, the glue holding in the magnets is not that great.. I had one magnet (so far) pop out when impacting, and it is not that easy to get back in its hole because the magnets around it pull it sideways. I have seen that on other reviews as well, maybe the manufacturer could take that into account and improve it. I would take it down a star for that, but it wasnt THAT big of a hassle, and I still really like it and overall feel it's 5 stars. Besides that, they are strong magnets and can hold a 3/8 drive adaptor with a socket on it. Handy piece of equipment. Be sure you don't let rust fall in there though because it's hard to get out and makes the magnets not stick as well.

I’ve only used this so far for one day so far so good. The magnets have no problem holding the bits seems to be good quality. Hopefully it holds up.

It's such a simple upgrade that really increases work efficiency. Simple, quick, psinless install. Veey good tool fit, and not too clunky. As a mechanic, I primarily use 8,10,12mm nut drivers, & it is tedious keeping track of them in the middle of all the other sockets, nuts, & bolts. Having them right there has made a world of difference wirh splash shields, bumpers, under hood, & interior work as those task often use 2 or all 3 of those sizes. The downsides & why it got 4 not 5. The side magnet is basically useless for holding nuts & bolts. Impact rattle them off. Same with the bits as well, only sometimes unfortunately. I've had to fish some of my bits out of an engine bay a few times. I think if the magnets were stronger, it would be perfect.

I definitely consider this an upgrade to my impact as well as my hammer drill. I’ve got a combo of this unit on one side then the magnetic bit holder (also from Simon tools) on the other side. Super useful combination, six bits should cover most things I encounter on the one side, then screws and drill bits on the other side (see pic). The plastic construction on the unit is pretty tough with a rubberized magnetic section (magnet is little weak). The rubber magnetic patch will hold a number of loose screws as well. The magnets in the slots are very strong, no worries about tips coming out. I really love not having to grab a box of tips when I need my drill for something. I keep a couple of adapters, Phillips, and a torx bit in there.. maybe a slotted. It’s become one of those tools you can’t imagine not having. Just an extension of the drill. I read where someone wrote that the drill becomes top heavy. I haven’t had that issue myself and I thought I would. The drills having remained fairly balanced. Full disclosure I am using the larger bottom batteries, 3.0 and higher I believe.. that helps balance the drill. I’m a new fan of Simon Tools!

They gave me a tiny thin screw that wasn’t compatible with my m12 Fuel, only bought becuz the reviews were solid and didn’t see this issue until I received the item. Tried a bigger screw to realize the hole made in the holder was tiny and sized for the tiny screw not a compatible one, was gunna drill a hole and make it bigger but then I’ll need to get a bigger longer screw, basically this item is trash

Absolutely love this bit holder. The magnets are very strong and I have never had any issues with the bits falling out. After a year of daily use the screw that holds it on the impact has come loose afew times but it’s not a big problem. Overall this is a great purchase, especially for electricians.

عجبني التصميم الشكل الانسيابي. ثباته. كمية الاماكن وفيه ٣ اماكن عميقه للرؤوس الطويله و٣ قصار للرؤوس القصيرة .لكن فيه عيب ان المغناطيس اللي بالجنب ماهو قوي كفايه عادي ان البلوط تطيح مو ثابته بقوه

I have tried a few bit holders, but none have been as secure or durable as this one. The magnets are no joke and the way the holder is produced makes it "lock" onto the impact driver, meaning I've never once needed to tighten the screw unlike with this product's competitors. I recently had a magnet come loose, and Simon deemed it a manufacturing fault and promptly offered to resolve the issue. This is a quality product produced by quality people.
