Working well so far. I have used it to keep food warm for 6-8 hours. It’s best not to use food directly on the containers as it gets too hot and might burn if kept on for long as there’s no temperature control. Best to pour some water on the containers and then put a covered steel container with food to keep warm for long without drying or burning the food. The slow steam keeps food warm and moist ready to eat even after many hours.

It's stuedyz easy to use and clean. Keeps food warm and can reheat the food as well. I have been using it since last three weeks regularly for serving hot food in the cold weather. I switch it on an hour before our meal time and then just place it on the dining table and we all can easily enjoy the hot food. Cannot be used for chapati though.

writing this reveiw after 10 months of use. The product stoped working automatically within the warratny period. The worst part is the customer care do not receive any phone call. Even tried to mail them but the company did not reply. The don't pick up phone no email response then how the product can be repaired which is within warranty period. Disgusting customer servie. Don't by such thing from such company who don't provide proper customer service after sale
