I used to buy other bulk tea leaf brands to save money. They were often cheaper than Frontier co-op even though Frontier co-op is a good value for the money anyway. But living in poverty, you often have to pinch pennies any way you can. Well, don't with tea! I've tried a few other bulk brands to find a good spearmint tea that wasn't the bagged grocery store kinds. I kept getting tea that tasted like chemicals every time. I started sticking with Frontier co-op when I saw they were often used at my local healthy life market. It made me realize it is worth paying a little bit extra, for the quality you get. For me drinking herbal teas is about healing my body. Spearmint is my favorite above peppermint to relax me and wake me up at the same time. I was always the one picking the spearmint chewing gum or candies, when others would pick peppermint or fruit flavors. Since I don't eat those things much anymore, I really wanted a good spearmint tea. This did not disappoint! Opening up the package was pure bliss to smell! The texture is perfect. Not too fine, and not too big of leaves. It looks like good fresh dried spearmint and I'm so happy! Only reason I'm disappointed is I realize I need much bigger storage jars! One pound is much bigger than you realize and will last forever! I bought one lb of peppermint from this company months back and it's still in jars. I drink a cup a day!

Great quality tea. Smells and taste amazing, the bag is way bigger than I imagined . I put some in. Glass container and vacuum sealed the original bag to keep it fresh.

Absolutely massive amount of tea. We drink 2 cups a day. Tastes great. Great value.

This tea is amazing!!! I have used other bulk brands in the past, and they were fine, however my usual brand was out of stock so I tried this one. This one is so much more fresh than any other brand I have ever tried. The smell is incredible and the leaves are pretty green. It has made my tea experience so much better than I ever thought!! I drink spearmint for my hormones and skin, so I didn’t really care much about the flavor, but after trying this one I will not be going back. My only critique is the packaging, there is no zip tie on it so it is a bummer the freshness can’t be preserved as well, but considering the low cost of the product I could easily transfer it to a large ziplock bag. Overall I will be buying this brand moving forward!

Big bag for a good cost. Definitely cheaper than purchasing spearmint tea bags... and more sustainable. I purchased this product after I had learned that spearmint tea is an alternative to spironolactone for hormone acne and facial hair growth. So I have been drinking two cups a day every day for one month now. I do think I have noticed improvements in my skin and less thick dark hair growth on my chin, but I cannot say for certain it is because of this. I am on break from med school and have been experiencing significantly less stress as well, so it could definitely be due to that. In regards to the flavor, I've never been much of a tea drinker, and I am not a fan of minty tea, but you gotta do what you gotta do.
