Review: Lovely hat exactly as expected - cool in hot weather. - I really like my new Kangol hat. I am in my 40s and would rather not always be wearing a baseball cap to avoid a burning of my baldy pate! Anyway the fit was exactly as expected; I asked my wife to measure my bonce and although I was on the cusp of L/XL I went for large and the fit was exactly as advertised on the listing. ## Features - AUTHENTIC HEADWEAR: The Kangol Men’s Tropic 504 flat cap gets its name from the number assigned to the original block shape that it is made on. - AN ICONIC IVY CAP: The iconic 504 shape has become a staple for the Kangol brand the style of which perfectly frames all face shapes while complimenting all features. - COMFORTABLE STYLE: Fitting in the same way as our vented 504 cap this non-vented version gives a clean and sharp look that differentiates it from its iconic brother—and its Tropic yarn means that the hat is lightweight and comfortable. - COOL VERSATILITY: Worn by top designers professional athletes and movie stars alike this versatile classic cap looks good on the street and in any stylish scene. - BORN BRITISH RAISED ON THE STREETS OF NEW YORK: Kangol is a cultural fusion of British heritage the birth of hip-hop and cutting-edge street fashion producing innovative products since being founded in 1938 England. ## Technical Specifications | Specification | Value | |---------------|-------| | ASIN | B002OULSWS | | Additional Features | Lightweight | | Age Range Description | Adult | | Apparel Closure Type | Cap | | Apparel Fabric Stretch | No Stretch | | Apparel Fabric Weight Class | Lightweight | | Best Sellers Rank | #220,574 in Sports, Fitness & Outdoors ( See Top 100 in Sports, Fitness & Outdoors ) #9,483 in Men's Golf Clothing Accessories (Clothing & Accessories) #16,141 in Men's Softball Apparel #16,146 in Men's Baseball Clothing | | Brand Name | Kangol | | Brim Width | 4 Centimeters | | Colour | Black | | Country Of Origin | USA | | Customer Reviews | 4.6 out of 5 stars 2,981 Reviews | | Fabric Type | 70% Polyester, 30% Chlorofibre | | Fit Type | Fitted | | Fit to Size Sentiment | true_to_size | | Global Trade Identification Number | 00792179428074 | | Hat Form Type | Newsboy Cap | | Import Designation | Imported | | Is Waterproof | False | | Item Type Name | Hat | | Item Weight | 100 Grams | | Manufacturer | Kangol Men's Headwear | | Manufacturer Part Number | 0287BC-Black | | Material Type | Wool | | Occasion description | Bachelorette Party, Easter, Mother's Day | | Pattern | Solid | | Product Care Instructions | Hand Wash Only | | Recommended Uses For Product | outdoor | | Season | Spring/Summer | | Sport Type | Golf | | Style Name | Tropic 504 | | Style Number | 0287BC | | Sun Protection | 2E+1 Sun Protection Factor (SPF) | | Team Name | Mit | | Theme | Movie,Shape | | UPC | 792179428074 | | Unit Count | 1.00 Count | | Water Resistance Level | Not Water Resistant | | character | Other | | number-of-items | 1 | ## Images ![Kangol Men, Women Tropic 504 - Image 1](https://m.media-amazon.com/images/I/71TjvHSGfSL.jpg) ## Available Options This product comes in different **Color, Size** options. ## Questions & Answers **Q: What’s the shape difference between a 504 and a 507?** A: The 507 is a bit narrower in the bill. If you are a baseball cap wearing person, the 507 would be a good first choice cap. The 504 is a bit wider in the bill. **Q: 22 3/8 head. what size hat?** A: Hello, A size Large which should be a 23 In. or you can go with an XL 23-1/2 In. if you want something a little bigger. Hope this helps. Fonz Customer Support **Q: Sizing for 71/8** A: 7 1/8 is a medium. The size chart is on the left under pic of display cap. The band is elastic. So fit should be fine. **Q: Gorra cangu negra con ralla roja y blanca** A: Exelente producto !!! Lo compre hace 5 años y sun esta cómo nueva Lo recomiendo. ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Five Stars *by L***Y on 11 March 2016* Great hat, perfect fit...will be ordering more in the future! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Lovely hat exactly as expected - cool in hot weather. *by A***R on 12 May 2016* I really like my new Kangol hat.
