Watched Jocko for years on the podcasts and saw this but never needed it then. Been doing jiu jitsu for almost 2 years and the a/c in the building is horrible. Which means 30 dudes and ladies rolling around gets hot, especially in Gi. I would lose about 6lbs at least in sweat when I would go. Afterwards I my vision would be blurry and it would move around and I couldn't focus. It actually scared me, until I had the thought of dehydration. I bought this and pounded one before and have had ZERO issues since! Sometimes I double up, but this stuff is reliable and makes me feel good taking it as opposed to other inferior brands that contain sugar and red40 etc.The taste isn't to bad, but after you workout hard this tastes like gold! Lemon is definitely my preferred flavor over the two. I subbed and will always have this on hand. It's amazing!

I normally purchase LMNT electrolytes, but they have gotten increasingly unaffordable. These have a similar amount of electrolytes for significantly less money.I am in firefighter recruit school and lose a significant amount of fluids every day in training, and these have significantly more electrolytes than your typical grocery store electrolyte drink(gatorade/powerade/etc). A couple of these per day keep me from getting low on electrolytes on hard days.They taste pretty good too. I plan on trying the blue raspberry flavor next.

I use these daily to make sure I’m hydrated for early morning workouts. Super effective. Never feel like I’m lacking for hydration even when I’m 2-3 hours into a long run! Have this puppy on auto subscribe!
