well packed but sizes say medium suitable for 19.5 inch is a medium collar. website product advice is blank. not sure what to do maybe manufacturer will pick up this report. collar only just attaches

Very comfortable collar that's good for spondylitis
this is my second collor as my other one needs washing , i have tried other ones but not as comfortable as this one thank you so much.

Too high for me and not soft
I'm average height and weight so chose medium size but it was too high for my neck. Also, I didn't find it at all soft and it dug into the base of my skull. Disappointed.

Problem with picking up rights size
Soft enough for comfort Delivered just in less than 24 hours. Unfortunately I picked wrong size. All advertising sellers do not mention how to measure size of those. I found on YouTube but it was late. Amazon accepted returns without any trouble.

Me gustó la calidad de los materiales, muy lavable, cómodo, solo al principio un poco incómodo por la mala postura habitual de mi cuello. Creo sin duda que será una ayuda para leer sin agachar la cabeza por horas, y así evitar el dolor y contracturas de cuello y espalda.
