Best tasting Keto low carb option I have tried so far
This is delicious! Came out perfect just as I hoped it would, I'm so very pleased just wish it was more affordable. A wonderful keto low carb option without giving up taste or texture. I did tweak it a bit to achieve a more flavorful and moist texture, for starters I chose to follow 3rd/last option on back of bag. I replaced the 1/4 cup oil with 1/4 cup unsweetened apple sauce, I also chose unsweetened coconut milk as my choice of non-dairy milk and instead of adding only 1/3 cup I added 3/4 cup (from experience Keto cake mixes are a bit dryer) I also added a table spoon of my Choc Zero French Vanilla Sugar Free Syrup which I use to flavor my coffee, I would usually add regular vanilla to all my cakes which you will most likely have on hand and be able to use but I personally stopped purchasing regular vanilla after trying the Choc Zero French Vanilla Sugar Free Syrup since I can use it in everything not just my coffee it's honestly more flavorful than regular vanilla. Mixed everything up with the 3 eggs and cake mix, pre-heated my oven at 325 lined my small dark loaf pan with parchment paper and baked in oven top shelf for maybe 45-50 minutes took a little longer than package suggests but that's expected seeing I added more milk. Came out just perfect! Flavorful & moist. You can definitely add icing Or chocolate chips whatever you like but I prefer to keep both my calories/macros & cost at a minimum so when I have a slice I just top with a bit of whip cream which I also usually have available in my fridge since I have some in my morning coffee but trust me tastes just as delicious on it's own.

Delicious chocolate cake without the sugar
This delicious cake mix makes beautiful low-carb cupcakes for my birthday. I can celebrate without having too much sugar. Soft texture and true chocolate taste. Pairs well with the Fitbake icing.

Thanks I can enjoy cake again!
Tastes amazing. I could have cake finally since going keto, GF and SF. Birthday cake for me after a couple of years without until I found this product. Making more cakes for events instead of buying them for others to enjoy and being unable to eat them myself. Thank you!

A bit pricey but taste ok
The cake was fine and tasted ok, but there’s so little mix in this for the price. As well, the nutrition facts are broken down in a strange way so I had to do some math to figure out the calories per slice (as their suggested amount of slices is hard to achieve in real life).

Amazing cake for bariatric patients
Bought this cake mix for my mom's Mother's day cake. She just had bariatric surgery a month ago so she's unable to eat regular cake for a long time. She hates diet-y tasting food and artificial sweeteners, and yet she loved it. Definitely the best tasting sugar free cake mix out there.I followed the Greek yogurt variation of the recipe because it was the lowest fat option. I also added in a tablespoon of Lily's dark chocolate chips. I put it into an 8×8 square pan and put it in for 27 minutes. When I went to remove it, the middle was completely liquid. I rechecked the directions and of course I missed the part where there was 2 different versions of baking instructions. I put it in at 325°, but that was supposed to only be for dark coated pans. So I turned the temperature up to 350° and put it back in for another 10 minutes. The inside was now perfect, but the outside edges were dry. So I heated some skim milk and added some sugar free dark chocolate drink mix, then using a fork poked holes into the cake and brushed the hot cocoa over top to add some moisture back. It fortunately saved the day and brought the cake back to life. I just thought I'd share in case anyone else makes the same mistake and wants to know how to fix it.I didn't buy the fit bake frosting because it had too much fat in it for what my mom is allowed after her surgery. Instead I took half a container of sugar free cool whip, 2 tbsp PB2 powder, 1 tbsp low sodium peanut butter, and 1 tbsp of lakanto monk fruit sweetener, and whisked it together and spread it on top.It turned out great, and I would definitely buy this again. Yes $12 is pricey, but when you're not allowed regular cake or maltitol sweetener then this is the best tasting option. While I could make it from scratch, I just don't find buying things like coconut flour and almond flour worth it when I wouldn't use them often enough. For the couple occasions a year that my family eats cake this works perfectly.
