These are very strong magnetic hooks that are perfect to use on cruise ships. We use these to hang over the door shoe organizers on the magnetic walls. We place several across the top and several along the sides of the organizer from top to bottom, so we can organize toiletries, sunscreen, sunglasses, etc in the pockets. It makes cruising with kids so much easier!! We also use them to hang hats and key card lanyards on, so they are easy to find. Buy several packs, but pack them in your carry on if you are flying because they are heavy! They can be difficult to get off the wall because they are so strong. You can slide them to the edge of the wall or door to get them off if you can’t pull them off.

Purchased these for a cruise. Wow are the magnets strong - don't get them stuck together or you'll have a hard time pulling them apart! Worth the money if going on a cruise and need additional hooks for hanging up coats, wet clothes/towels, etc. Holds up very well on the ship walls.

I received these magnetic hooks today and was impressed with the quality right out of the box. The hooks are well made, feel solid in the hand, and have a strong magnetic hold. I purchased them to hang a shop light from chains attached to the steel ceiling of a shipping container at our off-grid summer property. The magnets attached securely to the container ceiling and easily supported the light without slipping or shifting. The hook opening is large enough for chain links and other hanging hardware, making them useful for more than just workshop lighting. I can also see them being handy for organizing tools, extension cords, and other gear in metal buildings, garages, trailers, or containers. These are certainly very powerful magnets and do stick as advertised. The hold capacity when on the side of a fridge is not as advertised. It slid down when I put my purse on it which can't be more than 7 pounds. It does, however, hold a shoe organizer when I used 3 of them on top of the fridge and had the top bent over the top of the fridge onto the hooks. I may go for adhesive hooks the next time I need to hang something off the side of my fridge, but they do very well when holding something perpendicular to the base

These are very strong magnets. I bought them because I am tired of placing my coat on the floor when I use a public restroom if I cannot hang it. Thanks to problematic people, many places are not replacing or have removed their hangers. 170 lb of supporting weight is great.

When the description says heavy duty let me say they are HEAVY DUTY. definitely can hold 170 lbs easy. I use it to hold up sun blinds and there is no slipping. Now ordered more to hand on fridgerator for keys and such. Doubt you can find anything likes these in a retail shore.

We took these on a cruise and they worked great for hanging up backpacks, hoodies, and jackets. The magnets are very strong and held a good amount of weight and did not slide down the walls. We were able to stick them up pretty much anywhere in the cabin giving us extra storage and space. The hook unscrews from the magnet so it packs easily and travels well. Highly recommend.

Magnet strength is not good

They're magnetic hooks. Simple and easy. Just stick to any metal surface and hang stuff on them. The best part is, they come with some strong magnets, to the point where I have to use a fair bit of strength to separate them.

Surely, as per the product description, it claims to handle up to 150 lbs (around 68 kg). However, in reality, it couldn’t even hold 5 kg properly. That said, my purpose wasn’t heavy-duty usage — I only needed it to hang some lightweight items, and it worked perfectly for that. So despite the mismatch in weight capacity, it served my purpose well, which is why I'm giving it 5 stars.

Does not hold at all. Let alone holding >100 lbs, I could dislodge it with my pinky finger

The image says that the base is .63 inches but it’s less than half an inch. It’s actually around 1 cm when it’s supposed to be 2.54 cm. It’s not strong enough to hold 28lbs.
