No, you have to unlock the pets one at a time.

hi can anyone tell me if the batteries last more than the 5-7 hrs it says or will i need to buy 20 packs a week to keep it going?

Can you pick the character?

It's a surprise, when you successfully cope and take care of the first character, the second one is added and you have to look after 2 characters, slowly you will play with all characters. If you play mostly with the beloved pet, the second one (without attantion) goes away (for examle by car/bycycle )
