Love these knives!
Best kitchen knives ever! I've had a few of these and they stay sharp forever. No need to sharpen them. You do have to be careful when washing them as the ceramic can break easily. I never dump them in the sink with other items that could chip them. The only knives I will but in the future.

This knife kept shattering (twice and one time it cut me) while I was using it.
I bought this knife because I had a Faberware ceramic knife that I have had for years. My first one is still sharp and perfectly functional and I use it around once per day. I was excited to purchase another one. But this is not nearly the quality of my previous one and it has shattered twice. Once while cutting carrots...didn't realize that carrots would cause a large 1 inch shard to come off it. It shattered the first time when I first got it using it for regular chopping (that is where I got the cut as the shard went deep into my finger). Ceramic really hurts when it cuts you...and it bled for a long time. Not sure what to do with it since if I throw it away it may cut someone else who is not aware it is in the garbage etc. Not sure if you can see it but the very tip is the first place the ceramic shattered first. The 'carrot' shatter is much more obvious as it is a good 3/4-1" long chunk out of the knife...knife still has carrot on it because I am not going to touch it. If it shatters on you, DO NOT pick up the fragment with your bare hands, it is sharper than any razor. Other than the fact that it is defective and dangerous, no other complaints.

Cute and functional
It's pretty sharp and durable. I would not use to super hard surface or objects though (e.g., frozen meat) but very handy to handle fruits, veggies, bread, soft meat, and virtually anything. It's also pretty to look and easy to clean. My previous knives served me about 7years but the blades are dull and chipped. Now I use this one alongside the stainless steel knife (for harder objects) and they are pretty good pair in the kitchen. I would not put it in the dishwasher even though it's dishwasher safe. Sometimes, the blades can chip.

Very sharp and easy to clean
I got this after getting tired of constantly sharpening regular steel knives. Had it about a month now, and it's performing great. I keep it only to cut vegetables and other softer items, and it works great for that. The material is very brittle, so you can't use bendy motions with it, and I prefer not to put it in the dishwasher either. The only mild downside is that the handle is taller than the blade, so it doesn't sit flat on the cutting board when cutting, unless you place it such that the handle is off the board.

Great product but carefully use
Wash item with wet towel due to capable of breaking. Ran Mines thru small dishwasher and it broken . Just from cutting an onion

Sharp blade and cuts through food easily
I love these knives, good quality and cuts through food easily. I have purchased these before in different sizes and like the way they fit in my hand. I had to replace one once because I used it to cut through a pumpkin, and it damaged the blade, but I had owned it for 2-3 years before this happened.

Love this but.....
I have order 2, this product is a beauty and so disappointing that the first one using on starboard cutting/slicing simple veggies and the cutting area chipped from point to bottom of blade. It was replaced and a 2nd one, I was using it to smash bacon on the starboard cutting board and used it also to easily cut into smaller pieces and the blade fell off. I am so happy that my digits were not in the way. Love this piece but a hazard in which I will not purchase again unless product identifies it's errors and makes it right. I hate giving a review when it is product error, but with it being a knife it's a dangerous kitchen tool! Please make some changes to present the new and better product.

Good price and quality
My forth repurchase. I like this knife. It’s sharp as a razor, has a good grip and the blade is the right size for most home cooking tasks. When it dulls, chips or the handle falls apart, toss it out and get a new one. It’s reasonably priced.

Broke after 2 weeks
We were excited to, once again, have a nice, sharp ceramic knife to use whilst chopping food - however, this dud from Faberware broke after 4 or 5 uses. For context: we have had, and will have to continue to use, a ceramic knife that was purchased from another store almost 4 years ago and is still going strong. In short: save your $ and look elsewhere.
