Satin Bonnet for Sleeping Cap Double Layer Hair Bonnet with Elastic Tie Band for Curly Hair Night Cap (Bean Paste + Pink)

Bought 2 of these to assist in trying to decrease the stress on my hair at night. For context, I am a 55 yo white woman with preferred shoulder length fine hair- in the past 2+ years I have had issues with my hair just breaking off, to the point where I opted for some professional extensions because I was so unhappy about how short my hair had become. I am hoping the bonnets will allow for my natural hair to regrow over time. These are comfortable & not hot (thank you menopause for the dry hair AND the need for temps to be near freezing at night to actually sleep😂) I do find that they slide up a little to my hair line necessitating the need to rewet & blow dry parts of my hair from “squishing” or flattening but nothing crazy. I do also feel it protects my hairstyle moderately well allowing a “touch up” in the morning rather than needing to rewash, blow dry & completely restyle every day also decreasing how much manipulation I need to do to my hair. These wash nicely in a lingerie/bra bag & I air dry them. Elastic is sturdy but not “too tight” & I do not have marks on my forehead in the morning from it. Fingers crossed, my hair will regrow & my change in habits will work long term. Would recommend

I bought three satin bonnets at once. However I had never used one before so I had nothing to compare them to. I wasn't sure which style I wanted so I got this, one you could pull the elastic tab around the hairline to tighten and one with a non adjustable elastic band. Both other styles constantly fall off, unless I tighten the one to the point of waking up in the middle of the night to loosen and then it still falls off. Without a doubt I prefer this one. All three styles appear to be around the same size but I feel like there is a lot more room for my hair in this one. My hair feels like it stays in place a lot better with how this one sits. The wraps on it for tying cross very easily in the back and overlap nicely to tie a bow. I tie it at the top near my forehead very loosely, with some effort I'm sure I could tie it in the back. It stays on all night and my hair is noticeably happier with less breakage. I have very long hair that extends almost all the way down to my backside and I wish I started protecting it while I sleep years ago. This design aligns well with my personal style and I feel great when I put it on knowing I have another wonderful self care tool. I'm considering buying another one so I don't have use one of the other styles while cleaning this one

I do like it; but it doesn’t like me😢 It refuses to stay on my head at night…. It’s durable, thick, easy to wash, beautiful print. Will definitely recommend. Price comparable.

I’ve been sleeping in the Satin Bonnet Silk Bonnet for around three weeks now—and let me tell you, it's been a game changer for my curly hair. I really wanted to like it but I’ve struggled with it a lot. I can’t seem to figure it the best way to tie it or get the perfect level of “tight” to stay comfortably on my head. I’ll even think I tied it nice and loose and wake up with my ear sore from it pressing or my forehead hurting from the knot. I do bruise stupid easy and am incredibly sensitive so I’m sure that has something to do with it. Though while saying that it is a very soft fabric and my hair seemed to be decently less crazy and frizzy in the mornings. So that was nice.

I kept struggling with my hair sticking to my skin care when I slept so I bought this bonnet. Now the benefits are twofold. My hair not only stays out of my skincare and sticking to my face, but it also seems a lot softer and not tangled when I wake up.

This bonnet is so comfortable. When I tell you I knock out with it on, and it doesn't move, I mean it. I thought it'd be uncomfortable, but it really isn't. I appreciate that the strap is a different material, so it ACTUALLY has some friction to grip onto. I've seen sooo many bonnets that are all silk, including the strap, and that just makes it easier to undo. The color is also really adorable. I wash mine by hand once a week with lukewarm water. I use Zote soap and grind it so it's in little flakes, and I put some in the water until it dissolves before putting the bonnet in. I hung it up to airdry and it was completely dry after about 7 hours. I might get another in a different color because it's just THAT GOOD.

Not as described - it is quite small and isn’t lined with green satin like the photos & description. I wouldn’t recommend this for anyone with a lot of hair or looking for a bonnet that fits over rollers or anything. Because it’s not lined and it’s made with pretty cheap satin the inside is really scratchy, making wearing it completely pointless and counterproductive.
