AC InfinityAIRFRAME T7 Black, High-Airflow Cooling Fan System 17", Exhaust Airflow, for AV Equipment Rooms, Closets, and Enclosures

This is just perfect for my NAS server setup. The cabinet that I build needed an exhaust fan to get the air out, just having air ventilation was not doing it for me. The controllers on this is nice because of the temperature sensors built into it. The fan will begin working as soon as it feels too hot. The amount of air flowing out of this thing is just amazing, and very quiet. You just wouldn't guess it from first looking at it. The overall fan performance is nice and I'm just glad this product worked out for me.

I have a powerfull computer under my desk that creates a lot of heat that gets trapped in that area so I needed a solution to evacuate all that hot air. Finding teh T7 was a blessing I was browsing for fans to make a custom solution when I found this product, It works as intended. I have it configured to start automatically when the temperature under my desk reach 85 degrees and so far it works flawlessly turning on and off by itself as needed. It can be a little noisy at full speed.It is easy to install if you are handy and have the right tools but it can be a mess if you dont know what you are doing and depending on the material you have to cut out. The product includes a template that makes it easier to align properly.

This product appears to be very high quality, I love the look and feel. It's super quiet. Has speeds 1 to 6, evn on full speed you can barely hear it.I'm returning it, unfortunately, because the fan output isn't enough for my application. I'm building a "home network closet" on the first floor of my home. I want to mount a thermostatically controlled exhaust fan between two studs and "push" the hot air from the closet approximately 9 feet between into the basement. The fans in this unit were probably never designed for an application like that. They just don't provide the air flow to accomplish that.

I bought this along with the extra grill to cool a small server closet housing just one PC. It's made well, it's almost a work of art. The display and programming did exactly what I needed. The only problem is the fans and how loud they are. They are rated at 23dB, but I assume that was measured at fan setting 1 (of 6), where it's not moving enough air. I measured it at 38dB with the sounds of my home office and the closet closed, which would be fine, but once you increase the fan speed, it gets too loud, increasing to 63dB at 8 feet on fan setting 6. That's louder than all 9 fans currently in my PC combined.This would be a stellar option with higher quality fans, but I can't justify cutting a hole in a wall with the noise it makes (and that's not counting the ticking noise from one bad fan). I had to return it, and will be doing a passive solution.

This fan was a good alternative to the other system I was planning to put on. The airflow of this unit is fairly decent and the controller is a nice touch. The fan is currently installed in my audio mixing room right now and it's on almost all the time. The back of this unit is detachable and makes it very easy to clean if the dust starts to accumulate. The control is made with easy to read black and white fonts and all the information you need is right there. I have not used the other features of this fan because it is on all the time but in the future if I use it, I will keep this review updated.

The fan is one of the more unique designs available for purchase out there. This fan is used with my closest right now and there is also a duct fan installed on top. The mesh filter in the back has been especially helpful at cleaning up excess dust. The controller is nice and the display is great but too over the top for me The two fans itself works great though and there is no issues with it so far as I can tell.

I used this product with my media server and it is a very easy setup from start to finish. The fan is pretty big and performs well even in a very small enclosed closet space. The fan is programmable and it is easy to learn and setup to your liking. The temperature sensor does not seem as accurate as I would like it to be but it is not bad for the price. The overall performance of the unit I got is good, but I feel it could be better if they can make the fans just a little bit bigger and with a lesser overall width.

This is the third product I have purchased from AC Infinity. The other 2 are on my surround sound equipment. This unit is installed to help cool my computer, which is in a desk and it gets quite warm. The fan is mounted to pull the hot air from behind the computer and keep it from being recycled back in to the intake fans on the computer case. Which it is doing quite well.The automatic settings are great and the fans turn on when needed, and slow or turn off when not. Overall, this is a great product.
