This UV filter has been a great addition to my aquarium setup. Installation was quick and straightforward, and it started working immediately. Before adding driftwood to the tank, the water was crystal clear and looked like glass. I currently have natural wood in the aquarium, so there is some visible tint from tannins, but that’s coming from the driftwood—not the filter. Even with the tannins present, the water remains clean, healthy, and free of cloudiness. The unit is compact, doesn’t take up much space, and the suction cups hold it securely in place. Water flow is consistent, and the UV sterilization helps reduce green water and other common water clarity issues without requiring constant maintenance.

I purchased the 200g version, didn't even use the filter cloth. Said it would clear the water in 72 hours. It did not... It cleared the water in a little less than 48 hours. Absolutely crystal clear! It is a high quality product that under promises and over delivers! It is a quality build and has a good solid feel to it. I could not wait to purchase a smaller one for my other tank. I most certainly will patronize this seller and will spread the word about their product. I stand very impressed!

Omg 😯 my tanks water has been green for awhile now. I’ve tried changing the filter. Changed the water twice and cleaning the tank walls and accessories. Also added Kloud Away and but the green water would keep coming back. It got so bad that I was scared my fish were going to die. I thought I might have to just redo the whole tank from scratch again with new stuff then I saw this product and was like huh 🤔 let me see if the UV light will help. I put it in last night (wish I would have taken a before picture because it was pretty bad you couldn’t see hardly anything in the tank) and I woke up to the clearest tank I’ve ever seen. I honestly didn’t think anything would work. Turned out way more clearer than I expected or even imagine. The water is even clearer than my other 2 tanks. Amazing!!! Recommend 100%

UPDATE1: I had to do a water change today as it was time and I stopped the filter just like I always do to avoid any issues. I changed out the water and filled the tank back up. Once again the aeration stopped working. I don't understand why it's not working though it is rather frustrating as this was one of the things I wanted. I have to say I'm a little disappointed with this. I got this when my old filter system fell apart. The installation was easy and at first it really was working well and I was happy with it. About a day later my daughters told me that it was "spitting" and I went to look. The aeration wasn't working like it was in the beginning. I couldn't figure out why as I hadn't done anything with it. It was disappointing and I pulled the system out and cleaned it (even though it had only been a day) and put it back together. Luckily it was really quite easy to pull out and clean and get back in. After I re-installed it the aeration still didn't work that well though I was able to get it to work a little. I will say the suction cups on this thing are amazing. They old everything on tight. I do with the unit I got came with a flow director like the larger ones. It does look fine in the tank where I have it and doesn't seem to take away from the rest of the tank. For the money I spent I'm not too disappointed and I'm looking forward to see how it works with the UV light to help clean the tank. It does seem to work pretty well overall.

Bought this to replace a failed filter in my turtle tank. I wished I bought it sooner. It filters the water so much more than the old one. The ability to aerate the tank along with the UV light is a tremendous improvement over the old filter. The tank stays so much cleaner and clear now.

It was working really well honestly, but seemed like the motor or whatever stopped working. Lasted me about 2 months

It is a very great product works phenomenal at keeping your aquarium free from Greenwater. Highly recommend recommended great product.

I brought this in May this year and the UV light stopped working and the regulator for water flow stopped working so I took it off. I like the filter I've brought it twice with the same results UV light stopped working it lasted longer the first time. I've messaged the owner to see if I can get a replacement bulb this something that they need to offer being that this seems to be a common issue.

I have a bad habit of overfeeding my fish and I'm not going to lie I was a little skeptical about it working and delayed installing it for a month, but my tank was getting quite dirty and cloudy, so I did a 40% water change and added just this filter and a week later the water is still as clear as when I changed it. I love it and I've ordered a second one for my other tank. I will post before and after photo reviews when I receive it. **Update. The first picture was after I first installed the filter right after a tank clean and slight water change. The second 2 are from the next day. My tank has never looked so clean.
