I purchased this item last year and had a problem with the pad. I was very impressed with the company representative, Fennie, who responded to my problem in a timely manner and also solved it. The lanyard works great and its various adjustment levels are easy to change to support the length you desire. It comes with 2 pads, a wrist lanyard and one you can put around your neck. Great buy.

I love the wrist strap so much! I’ve been using it for a couple months now & it’s still in good shape. I’m even able to hang my phone from the strap, though I try not to just so that it stays in the best shape possible. Before, I always felt nervous taking a photo over any height or body of water, but now I’m so much more comfortable taking the photos that I want to, especially with the adjustable bit. You can even clip keys or other items onto the strap if you wanted (my friend likes to use her wrist strap for that)! I’ve used the lanyard once or twice, it’s just not my style, but it would definitely come in handy for traveling/hiking or a place where you really want your phone to be secure!

The lanyard strap is a little strange but length is totally adjustable, but when I was on my cruise and wanted my phone super accessible but didn’t want to carry it on my wrist, it did the job. No issues, securely held my phone and allowed me the fast access I needed for pictures while wildlife watching. The wrist cord is fantastic. I use it ALL the time. It keeps my phone secure and is very durable. The cord that attaches it is so thing, but I’ve been using it daily for months with no issue, it’s thin but strong. The actual wrist cord is definitely showing wear now. No risk of it breaking, just some pilling. I would not hesitate to purchase again. The insert that goes in your phone case continues to work great, other than looking a little dingy, there is no wear or tear on it.

I bought these lanyards for my husband and me in preparation for a cruise we were taking. We didn't want to have to worry about dropping our phones when trying to take pics near the railings of the ship. These saved us a couple of times on our cruise. These would be good in all situations when you want your phone quickly accessible, without any of the risk of dropping it. Highly recommend it. Very good quality, and I love the adjustable straps to accommodate all people at whatever length they may want their phone.

The lanyard that wraps your neck is good and made of high quality material. I just wish the one for the wrist is made of the same material. There is a really flimsy part that seems like can break easily. Other than that I have no complaints.

Love this for my work phone so I don't set it down & lose it while I'm on my feet for 12 hours, might have to rebuy due to putting the wrist part accidentally in the washer & drier, I had to throw that part away, however it comes with two rubber phone grips that go between your phone & phone case & a crossbody strap. Good for people that leave their phone everywhere like me. Very user friendly.

I keep purchasing these and giving them to my friends. THE way to keep your phone handy and safe! The lanyard is adjustable so it can be adjusted so your phone rides high in your chest, or so long that you can stuff it in your back pocket if your jeans, all while being connected to you! At a concert? On a boat? On the airplane so you don’t forget it? On a research vessel out in the middle of the Atlantic? Your phone will be securely attached to you so you’re not fumbling or worse yet - dropping it overboard! Keep the little loop in your phone, between the phone & the case (dies not impede the charging cord if your phone), and keep the lariat in your purse, brief case, glove box - then when you’d rather be enjoying the moment and not fishing for your phone to take photos, pull it out, snap it in, put it over your head and off you go!

The Straps are fantastic, they are super durable and I feel secure using them. The backplate goes in between the phone case and the phone and through the charging hole so it locks it in place. One thing I would point out is the hand / wrist strap has no lock and it would be great if it is using the same neck strap.

Nice thick cord which is easily adjustable. 2 options neck cord or wrist strap. Long cord is long enough to wear across the body which is really comfortable.
