I got a 12 pieces set for about $60. The color is so appealing, giving my meal a gourmet look. I love it. Plus, material is strudy and microwave/ dishwasher safe. There was a small chip in one of the large plates and the customer service was amazing. I emailed pokini team and they got back to me within a day with not just a replacement plate but a set of 16. The replacement set has varies of pieces and may be from different sets. Either way, the free replacements given is a demonstration of amazing customer service. This is a very classy set of dishes. I was tired of my old set of oval plates. I had it for twenty five years. Half of them had been broken or chipped. And they were HUGE. One of the reasons I bought these is to control portion size. The new set of plates isn't small, they're just normal. The plates are a nice change, the lip keeps your food corralled on the plate, not that it ran away on my old set, but it reminds me of a fine dining restaurant. The salad plates have the same lip. That will definitely be a nice change as salads and pastas do tend to spill over. I went with the Green Brown. It's more of a Moss/Reddish Brown, and it's a nice change from the off white plates I had. Something tells me people will comment on how nice they look. That's important because my dishware is stored in a vertical plate rack and open view doorless cabinet. I ordered three sets to allow for breakage down the road, as well as large dinner parties. Shipping breakables is a hit and miss. One large plate and two small ones were damaged (broken). That's surprising, considering the packaging was stellar. Seriously. The boxes were very well packed. I took the pictures they need, sent them an email, and the company responded very quickly and kindly. They more than made up for the inconvenience, although it really wasn't. Stuff happens.

These are gorgeous, I am very happy with this purchase. They are a bit heavy and good quality. The dinnerware had small defects where it look like a chip but may have been a bubble or something. These have held up great in the dishwasher.

We really like this Pokini dinnerware. We've been using it for just under 4 weeks now. We are seeing no scratches or issues developing. We ordered 4 boxes of the basic set (16 large plates, 16 smaller plates and 16 bowls). We weren't sure the bowls would suit all of our dining needs. Six days later we ordered two boxes of the pasta bowls (12 of these total). We are so pleased to have matching bowls of a different shape to provide choice (wider and shallower). We love the colors of the reactive glaze and overall look. Although all of the dishes arrived unbroken, we were not happy with the glaze on one of the large plates (we think a couple of tiny bubbles that caused the glaze not to adhere to the ceramic - thus tiny white unglazed spots). After sending photos, Pokini did send a new plate. We feel this dinnerware is priced fairly for its quality.

I looked around at many, mostly ugly or boring dinning ware sets and kept coming back to this set. This set is not the cheapest but also not the most expensive. It is a quality made ceramic set. The dishes have weight but not to heavy, it's a good balance feeling of I'm not going to break it. Packaging was excellent. I've banged these by accident against each other a number of times and no chips or damage yet. They look great and of quality. Very satisfied.
