I USE ON BOTH ELECTRIC AND INDUCTION. HEATING IS QUICK AND EVEN, RESPONSE IS FAST TO INCREASE HEAT, HEAT RETENTION EXCELLENT, SO SLOW TO COOL, DOES NOT DROP TEMPERATURE WHEN ADDING LOTS OF COLD INGREDIENTS - VERY HAPPY AND WOULD BUY AGAIN.
