I bought 3 different pair of vionics recovery sandals. Initially, I kept receiving the wrong sizes. When I received my size ladies size 10, it was way too big, so it threw the alignment of my sole off. I ordered a size 9, and it fit much better. Due to the fact that the Arch Support is heavily formed, it's of major importance that it fits correctly. I have wide, flat feet, so wearing these sandals helps align my feet, back & neck. They are designed so beautifully with the options of vivid beautiful colors and contrasting soles & trim. My new favorites! FYI I wear a 9.5 in sandals and if there is no half sizes, I opt for a 10. However, with these, I feel you should pick 1/2 size down.

I bought these sandals in hopes of helping my plantar fasciitis after reading a reccomendation by a podiatrist suggesting them for people struggling with this painful foot condition. I will say that they are comfortable. Unfortunately though, the very first time I wore them outdoors & was just walking on grass, the upper thong portion pulled right out of the left sandal, resulting in it no longer being wearable. I am an average height & weight person, so its not like the sandals had an untypical amount of weight or strain put on them. Really disapointed in the durability of this brand & the fact that my pair didn't hold up to normal wear. Really is a bummer that I now have to just throw them away after only having owned them for a little over 2 months. Unfortunately, due to the issues with durability, I cannot reccomend this sandal to others.

Sorry the photo is not the best- no flash. Anyhew, the shoe is great! At first glance they look a little weird almost cartoony. But slip them on and they are the most comfortable flip flop! Not sure if everyone’s comments of this flip flop being “too large” is based off the look of them? BUT! Once I slipped mine on, the fit was perfect. The only thing I noticed about these flip flops compared to other Vionic flip flops I have purchased (in fact my old pair is photo bombing my photo), is the piece that fits between your toes on these new ones maybe feels or rubs differently? It’s too soon to tell if it’s just a fabric/material feel or if it’s actually rubbing when I walk making me more aware. But that piece on my old ones is a fabric cotton like ribbon. The new pair has the artificial fabric the top of the flip flops are made of 🤷🏻‍♀️. If it turns out it is rubbing, I will update my comment. These work GREAT size wise for size wide feet. My feet have gotten wider over the years. And these new guys fit my wide feet perfectly. I can tell my alignment is better compared to my old guys which I was made fully aware were worn out (no more support and achy feet from missing arch support that collapsed from so much use). My only Wish now is these get made with a dressier material to be able to wear as sandals with a sun dress. Not so good part of these shoes—— they got delayed in transit by AMAZON! It was Not the vendor. The Vendor was timely with sending off the shoes. However, I was informed shipment was delayed. Tracking showed they made it to Kentucky sorting and then went silent. Suddenly by miracle I received notice to anticipate delivery today. They did arrive today in a new box within a box. So the new box was an Amazon show box that says when I opened it, the contents of the box were repackaged because the original box was damaged in shipping. So Amazon re-boxed my shoes and then placed the box in another box and continued the shipment. I appreciate the care taken to ensure my delivery did not look mangled while inAmazon’s care. However, it would be nice if Amazon provided me those details when they informed me my package would be delayed and then went radio silent.

These have not held to the hype. Color is cute; as described. The width is also great for someone with a wider foot, too, because the base is wide, allowing your feet to feel natural. That said, it is a heavy flip flop and the material that holds your instep and between your toes just doesn't cut it. I find have to intentionally grip to keep them on, defeating the purpose of the ergonomic style. Finally, the stitching has held up and they are falling apart w/ minimal wear. Disappointing at this price point

I've been wearing these shoes for about a month now and my feet LOVE them! It took about a week for my feet to adjust to them from my other vionics, but now I nearly wear them everywhere! They're very comfortable. And yes, they do run large so buy smaller as many other reviews suggest. I would've given them 5 stars if it hadn't have been for the fact that the straps on the foot started to come apart - they're only glued together seemingly. For the money we pay for Vionics, generally the majority of Vionics shoes are excellent quality and last for a long time. Worth the money in my opinion. I will definitely be buying another pair of these, but now I know that I will have to fix them myself by taking a needle and thread to them to patch up the straps so they don't fall apart entirely. Hopefully Vionic is able to figure out something better for the straps of these shoes based on the money they charge for them. Otherwise, they're great shoes for the feet - mine are bad plantar fasciitis and falling arches.

These were only available in size 12.5 when I normally wear a 12, so it might be some of my criticisms are due to that (that's why I'm giving two stars instead of one). For example, it took a while to figure out how to walk in them without rolling my ankles; it still happens occasionally if I'm not paying close attention. Also, after 2.5 months of use, the seams have started coming unraveled and I have new bumpy calluses on the inside of my big toe on one side. Finally, even after three months of use, I've experienced no relief from hallux rigidus/limitus pain. (I also use orthotic inserts for my other shoes.) Common colors were vastly more expensive than "sea foam," so that's what I ordered. They do get a lot of attention/laughter from folks. All they need are sequins, and these platforms would be great for drag. Therapeutic value? Nil.

With plantar fasciitis it’s hard to find an every day around the house shoe that is comfortable vs slippers. These provide the best support, no heel pain and no rolling ankles/foot in. Also without spending hundreds of dollars. Fit is perfect.

I’m giving these a 5 because they’re the first shoes (and inserts) I’ve bought that have allowed me to walk without horrible foot pain in over six months. I’ve tried many options, and these are the first pair that allow me to walk with zero pain. Now, they are very roomy, so if you have wider or thicker feet they will fit better. I’m still giving them a 5 because a little flopping is nothing when your foot is in horrible pain for so long. Normally I wear a 10 in women’s for Nikes, and an 11 in women’s for brands like Rocket Dog or cheaper shoes, and a 9 in men’s. With these, a 9 was pretty large. The 8.5 has a much better fit, so I’d suggest sizing down if you’re in-between sizes. Well worth the cost in my experience.

I brought the shoes in August, as recommended by my podiatrist as 'indoor' shoes. I have hardly used them as I only wear them without socks as usually wear Crocs or Hokas. Despite this they are already falling apart.

La sandalias estaban despegadas de algunas partes, si parecían nuevas, pero parecía como si hubieran estado rezagadas por mucho tiempo y y se estuvieran despegando y deteriorando por lo mismo. Aparte vienen SUPER grandes, me quedaron gigantes, como dos tallas más de lo que en realidad debería de ser. Me lleve muy mala experiencia, las tuve que devolver. No las recomiendo. La marca es buena, ya te comprando otro calzado y me gusta mucho, solo no recomiendo estás sandalias en específico.
