Yes, this soap does come in a smaller 3.5oz size, but I love the 8oz bar, more for your money.

No, it does not contain tea tree oil.

Can I use this on my hair and scalp?

I use it in my hairline on the back of my neck because of a rash I get. It seems to help. If you use it as a shampoo I would use some conditioner too because it will take all the oil out of your hair.
