I'm writing this review as a warning to others: avoid purchasing scanners from Shreyans Brand Company at all costs.I bought four scanners from them just two months ago, and already, all the plastic triggers are broken. The build quality is appalling, and it's clear that the company used cheap materials.What's even more disturbing is the abysmal after-sales service. When I approached Shreyan Company about the issue, they were incredibly rude and accusatory, claiming that I had intentionally damaged the scanners.Their lack of accountability and customer care is staggering. It's clear that they're only interested in making a sale, not in providing a quality product or supporting their customers.Save your money and avoid Shreyans Company's scanners. The poor quality and terrible customer service make them a waste of investment.
