Nice Watch
Case dial - 38 mm which doesn’t really stands out in the crowd. Bracelet is the worst part. Doesn’t feel like wearing a 20k machine.Overall looks great, durable, great quality, value for money product. I would hv preferred a 42mm dial size with a sapphire crystal certainly not a mineral glass in a 20k watch.

Cell/Battery supplied inside the wrist watch lasted only 1.5 months. I had to pay from my pocket for alternate cell.

The product came In worst condition it had not been taken care of , as it's a luxury item we belive amazon that's why took risk to order the 23000 expensive product through amazon, but amazon taken it very casual the packing box was dirty , someone opened and checked the watch it's not kept properly inside the case it's very sad that such a expensive brand watch the customer ordering for someone special delivered like this. I am very very emotionally break down to see the condition the way it's delivered to me, even the sticker which stuck behind the box was not visible properly stucked with many cellotape and diet. My mood was return it back but it's a such a expensive product I am scared that what will happen with the money getting back.
