This makeup remover works incredibly well! I originally purchased it to remove my eye makeup, but I was pleasantly surprised by how effectively it removes my foundation and other face makeup too. Since I started using it, I no longer find makeup residue on my towel after washing and drying my face, and my skin feels noticeably cleaner overall. I actually prefer this to Clinique Take the Day Off because it removes my makeup just as effectively without leaving my skin feeling oily or greasy. It feels lightweight, comfortable, and gentle on my skin. I’m very happy with this product and would absolutely recommend it!

I really love this makeup remover. This elf makeup remover works so well and your skin feels very nice after using. Gives a fresh and safe feeling to your skin. No after residue and no strong smell. Removes my eyebrow pencil better than any I’ve ever used. You don’t need much and it lasts a long time. I use cotton balls for application. Will definitely be buying more in the future.

Love this stuff! It’s easy to take and go, gentle on sensitive skin, and fragrance free. It does feel a little oily on the skin, but I always wash my face after using it and haven’t had any issues. A little dab of it can take off my entire makeup for the day so it lasts a long time!

I like it but not love it. It does not irritate me and looks like it removes my mascara but if I wash my face after I still get mascara on my face. It’s ok for the price

It removes makeup quickly without needing to rub harshly, and my skin feels soft and hydrated afterward instead of dry or irritated. Great affordable make up remover. Reminds me of the lancome makeup remover that is my all time favorite but for a third of the price! Lasts a while. Very good. Does not irritate eyes. Good value for bottle size.

I wanted to try this out since I’m switching to clean beauty products and my previous makeup remover didn’t make the cut (Neutrogena). I have to use way more product and really saturate my cotton pad in order to successfully remove my waterproof mascara. I also have to rub vigorously, which causes my eyelids to become red and irritated. This wasn’t the case with my previous makeup remover. I also had to remove the stopper due to needing A LOT of product. On the plus side, this doesn’t have a noticeable scent and doesn’t leave a greasy residue on the skin. If you don’t use waterproof mascara, this will probably work fine for you. I’m going to use up this bottle then move on to something else.

What I Needed It For: I bought this as an all-over makeup remover, but specifically to deal with waterproof mascara. I also tend to stick with e.l.f. products, as they’ve worked well for me in the past. What I Liked: * It’s very easy and quick to use * Removes waterproof mascara with no issues at all * Gentle on the skin/eyes, I’ve had no irritation problems * Works well as part of a simple, no-fuss routine What Didn’t Work as Well: It does leave a slight oily residue, so I always follow up with a face wash. This isn’t a problem for me, but it’s worth knowing. How It Compares: Compared to other makeup removers I’ve tried, this one is just reliable, it does exactly what it claims without causing irritation or needing lots of rubbing. Final Thoughts: I’ve bought this multiple times already and will continue to do so. I see no reason to switch to any other brand. A great option if you need something effective, gentle, and especially good at removing waterproof mascara.
