It works pretty well for what I needed it for. I work in an area where I cannot have any wireless devices or cell phones and I like to listen to music and news during the day. A nice sounding radio to wake up to. You will need a college education on the setup. Secret: (not stated in the manual) Set the preset radio stations BEFORE trying to set an alarm. The alarm setting for the radio station is not manually set as the instructions might display but only uses pre-set stations.
