Quick note: This is not a "NEW" controller. Hence the price of $1499. With that said, I have "0" complaints. This controller looks and performs just like new. UPS did handle my package like a piece of luggage so the box was compromised missing a few minor components but enough for me to get up and start using immediately. Alto music took care of me and replaced the missing items without a fuss.So far all is well. I've played it 40 hours so far and not a hiccup.
