It can be placed on any smooth surface. If the mirrored wall is made up of individual tiles, be sure the suction cup does not cross one of the lines where the tiles meet or air will get behind the it. Depending on how tight the mirror is to your own wall, that is your level of security. If the mirror can pull off of the wall then the grab handle is not going to provide you safety.

Don't know. Check the specks. It is made to help you maintain balance and not support the entire weight of a person. The hold is strong and provides the needed assist. You can send it back if it doesn't work for you but it is one of the best of this type I've tried.

The manufacturer promises to resolve any quality issues if you call them. I am not sure what kind of warranty you are looking for. The manufacturer cannot guarantee that the bar will not break away from the shower wall, because how good the suction is depends a lot on how you install it. The shower wall must be extremely clean and free of soap residue, and the suction cups must not cover any cracks or tile joints on the wall. Follow the installation instructions carefully and you will be very happy with this bar. Remember that these bars are designed to help you maintain your balance, not carry your full body weight.
