Fragile- hand tighten only
The product has a warning on it to not over tighten. I didn’t but it still broke when I tried to fit it. Good job there were 2 in the pack. I did manage to fit the second one without breaking it, but only hand tightened it. I don’t hold much hope for how long it will last. Cheap but seems poor quality.

Quality of part and service good
Service of delivery very good, arrived quickly within a few days despite amazon saying it hadn't arrived and no where I can confirm arrival to Amazon. Quality of part is same as manufacturer, you have to be careful not to over tighten it or will crap. This is same issue with original design material, can fit fine without problem when you are aware and know how.

Waste of money
Don’t bother with this product , the product isn’t strong enough to be tightened hardly , it snapped on the first attempt , the shower door is held on by 3 out of 4 slider attachments !

Bit fiddly to fit due to the weight of the shower door but once on the door just glides

Worked well
Had 2 runners brake on my shower door. Need to make sure the 2 sides line up as the instructions show and not to oven tighten but been on a few months now and been fine

Don't over tighten
Like a lot of the reviews state, just don't over tighten these! Luckily I over ordered so had some spares but one did snap when I tried to do that one extra turn! Other than that, they have been in place for over a month now and they're doing the job!
