We have tried other bedpans but none of them compare to the quality, smoothness, durability, and strength of this bedpan. It is sturdy and holds up to the multitudes of use that it is given. We only buy this bedpan. We buy a new bedpan after a couple of months use and it is this bedpan that we buy each time. It is our Go To bedpan!!!

My wife has cancer and this pan is a blessing. She has numerous BMs and urine rounds. The slope is enough to handle this plus the rinsing we do with some angled bidets with washing fluids. Easier insertion under her and less pain than the standard pan. Has held up under constant use now for 3 months. Cleans up easy.

I had to replace the bedpan because it cracked into two pieces within the first week and I couldn't get it to go back together again. I ordered a second and it did the same thing but this time I could squeeze the two parts back together again. Otherwise, it's made of a shiny material so that feces don't stick it too badly..... still it's hard to clean. The opening seems to work for my husband who is the user but maybe it could be a bit larger.

I've been using this almost 2 months now, since I came home from the hospital after a motorcycle accident that severely broke my leg (tibial plateau open fracture, as well as ruptured patellar tendon, to be exact). I am non weightbearing for 3 months. The hospital sent me home with a bed pan, it it was cheap and flimsy. This one is strong and sturdy and has held up well. I used it frequently the first 2 weeks out of the hospital. Now I only use it on long car rides when it is too inconvenient to get me out to use a bathroom. I just put a bed pad under me to protect the seat, just in case, pull my pants down, put the bed pan under me (with a bed pan liner with an absorbent pad inside), do my business, then get rid of the bed pan liner and remove the bed pan. It is seriously very easy for me (I'm 38 and in otherwise OK shape), very convenient, and it even works great in the car when my 5-year-old has to go but can't wait for a bathroom! It has held up well so far, with no cracks or any signs that it is caving in. For reference, I am 5'7" and 175 lbs.

With so many businesses closed or with limited access due to COVID-19, I decided it would be prudent to have a porta-potty for my car. Every travel toilet I saw cost at least $40 and sat up really high--6 to 12 inches! That seems much too high to me. This bedpan is only a few inches high--much more discreet. I read a review from someone else who uses this product for travel emergencies, so considering that, the size, and the cost (I paid $16.98), this product seemed a smart choice. I haven't used it yet, and if I am lucky, I will never have to! But just in case, I'm glad I have it. I also purchased dog training pads (a.k.a. puppy pads) to cut down for use inside this, to prevent spills and make cleaning easier. They are much cheaper than the bedpan liners you can purchase. The seat is removable, but doing so is awkward. I would not want to open it with bare hands if it had human waste in it; it would certainly spill when trying to separate the two parts.

Broke while my 100# mom was using it. Poor quality.

L'ho comprato quando è diventato impossibile utilizzare i servizi igienici a causa del Covid. Lo uso in auto con gli appositi sacchetti che raccolgono e assorbono l'urina. Mi trovo benissimo. Ha risolto un problema non da poco .
