I bought this device back in May 2023 and it was absolutely amazing. So I bought another one a few months later. The shaver seems to be made in a different country. It has a slightly different color and it does not shave as close or as efficiently as the first device. I don't understand how the same exact model could be so different?

Since the first use, the blades are very irritating to the skin and causes injuries, but I honestly didn’t have the time to put feedback I have wished of my money on this piece and I cannot use it, and I have to purchase another one

Good product. Gives a good trim. Wont say you get a zero cut but its pretty close trim.
