Super sleek, easy to use, flexible and the metal feels like good quality. Great value for money and the water pressure is great, especially when on the shower function. My handyman fitted it easily and I have loved using it ever since. No leaks and no problems so far.

So happy woth this tap. It not only looks great but works well with our water softener, it's great having a separate control for the drinking water and then another for hot/cold (2 handles). It is easy to use, not hard to turn the taps. Water flow is great too. I've actually haven't got one negative thing to say. Great price, great quality, extremely happy. Was packaged really well too, made me feel like I had spent hundreds of pounds it was so nicely packaged. Had this brand before hence happy to use it again.

My old tap broke at the base. The bolt holding it to the sink had rusted through. Having fitted this type of tap to other sinks I was dreading fitting this one. Every manufacturer claims that theirs are easy to fit and only take minutes. I got this new tap and was pleasantly surprised at how well designed the fitting mechanism was and how quickly I was able to fit in on the sink without contortions under the sink or large spanners that would not fit in the small gap between the sink and the tap. I was able to hold the tap in place whilst screwing the cleverly designed nut to hold it. The tails and pipe all fitted into the cut-out of the nut, then using a screwdriver it was very easy to tighten the screws against the plate in order to obtain a permanent fix. The fitting instructions are small but adequate, worth studying to get the fitting order of the washer and fixing plate. This is a fantastic tap - works well and it really is easy to fit!

Looks the part. Within a few weeks it started to leak from the multitap for hot and cold. It then stopped for a few weeks and then started again. Found large puddles of water around the sink several times and had to put a small tub underneath the tap handle to catch leaking water. return window has passed so cannot get a refund. Currently buying a new tap to replace this one as I dont want to come home oneday to a flooded kitchen. I will pay more and buy a proper tap from a hardware like B&Q. Stay away, cheap crap

I ordered 2 initially - one for my studio sink where the spray tap was falling apart, and the second one for another sink in the house which had horrible taps. The plumber fitted them, and then came back and fitted the third one to replace the tap in the main kitchen which was OK, but I liked these new ones so much that I decided to change it. The hose for the pull-out is really nice and flexible and easy to use, and so is the switch on the tap to change from normal stream to spray. It is an absolute pleasure to use, and looks stylish too. My plumber is always a bit sceptical about stuff bought online as he's had some bad experiences in the past with poor quality stuff, but he said he thought these taps were good quality, with some weight to them.

Looks great in kitchen, fitted well and like to pull out end so can clean sink etc better. Lot cheaper than BQ and build quality just as good.

The tap looks good and was the size I expected. I was a bit disappointed with the flow - great from the filtered tap but not so much from the other as if the pipe is too narrow. It takes longer to fill a kettle. But I guess its not too much of an issue. What really annoys me is that having only had the tap three months, one of the tap handles has broken off. Poor design and poor manufacture. The screw thread is faulty but is too short anyway to ever last long. Update : Subsequently the seller got in touch with me and supplied a replacement part. I was impressed with the level of customer service and am happy to say the replacement seems to have resolved the issue. I have thus changed by review from a 2 star to a 4.
