So far so great! I’ve brewed coffee multiple times now using this product and it works great. I love how it’s super basic and easy to use. After using multiple other products such as the keurig and nespresso I got tired of the constant buying of capsules and cups etccc. This thing is easy to use and allows for your coffee to be warm for multiple hours. It fits right under my counter, paper roll next to it for reference. Brews a bunch of coffee (12 cups). Just one switch that’s all (to turn off and on). The coffee container does feel like it contains some plastic but so far durable and has not stained.

For the price this is a great buy, we love this, especially that it stops brewing if you remove pot, no messes

We are mostly happy with this coffee maker. We haven’t had any major issues with it, and it is eons better than a similarly priced one that we replaced. There’s a single drip that comes when you go to pour your coffee before it’s completely done. We don’t find that to be problematic. The only issue we do have is it makes random brewing noises after the coffee pot has been filled, until you go and turn it off. However, that’s actually a blessing for me because it reminds me to turn the coffee pot off. The coffee brew quickly, the craft doesn’t spill everywhere when you pour too fast like my last one did. The lid stays closed. The coffee pot is very simple to use, and the only area aware of would be difficult to clean is the water Reservoir. I find the temperature to be perfect for the coffee.

This coffee maker is great! It is easy to use and easy to clean. It is sleek black and looks nice. It is also a good size, does not take too much counter space. Happy with this coffee maker.

This is a dream coffee maker, I love everything about it! It’s easy to use, keeps things at the right temperature without burning, works at a normal speed and is easy to clean. Plus, it seemingly doesn’t track your movements and listen to/record you inside your house. No screens, no problems

A coffee maker should do three things: 1. Make coffee to taste per the grounds with the right temperature of water, 2. The hot water should soak all the grounds and 3. No drip. The B&D12c does all that very well. The design is modern, the on off switch solid and it does number 1-3 quite well. The heat plate as a bonus is not too hot so the second cup did not taste burned. I’ve only used it a few times, but for the price, it was worth it.

It works well. Brew capacity is perfect for my needs. Look is nice and basic. I love these basic coffee makers. The fancy ones always mess up on me.

After having the same coffee maker for 12 years it finally stopped working one morning. I quickly went online and looked up a coffee maker with good reviews and this is what I ended up choosing. I like everything about the coffee maker as it is very simple and easy to use but there is a major safety concern for me that I unfortunately did not realize until my second use. I made coffee in the morning and had to unexpectedly run out for 3 hours and when I came home I realized that this coffee machine was still on 3 hours after I first turned it on. It is definitely my mistake for not looking for one that specifically has an automatic shutboff like my 12 year old basic coffee machine did and I normally unplug my machines when I leave but today was an unplanned thing that I rushed out for. I want to put this in a review for anyone that is a busy person just looking for a quick replacement. I am very thankful that I was only out of the house for 3 hours and I realized then. I understand that the manufacturer wanted a sleek and plain design (part of what made me choose this one) but the red power button is on the side and not in plain sight for those people who are not used to it. A plus is that I do feel like the coffee was hotter to drink than my old unit but I unfortunately have to waste the $35 I spent on this one and buy another with an automatic shutoff as I feel it is too much of a fire risk for me to have this one especially when most days are busy with work, school, kids and pets always having appointments and everything there is bound to be a day I may forget to click this machine off or unplug on my way out. Just wanted to share to keep other people safe who don't know to look for this feature.

I specifically bought this machine for the easy pour carafe. .Black and decker makes the best ,simplest , coffee makers. Have bought them for years. We have a lot of power outages--not always long, but enough to interrupt the So called "better" ones with their technical settings and carafes that don't pour as easily as these. Yay Black and Decker!!

Product works as expected. Makes a pot of coffee fairly quickly. Seems to be made of good quality material. Have had no problems with it so far. Would recommend.

nuevo sistema interior de goteo que me gusto mas que el sistema tradicional ya que moja de manera mas rapida todo el cafe que esta en el filtro, mu practica y facil de usar, queda el cafe a gusto de cada quien.
