BRITA Water Filter Jug MAXTRA Marella, 3x Pure Performance cartridges

I bought it because I found that a lot of the bottled water I was buying had a weird tap watery taste to it. I remember a friend talking soo highly of this jug and how fresh and crisp it tasted. So I gave it ago and I do NOT regret it. It makes the water taste super fresh and in the long run will save money on buying glorified bottles of tap water. Great for the environment too! We’ve used sooo much less plastic bottles and our glass cups have been put to much more use :) Cannot recommend it enough, you won’t regret it :) PS: if you’re worried about having to keep refilling it, it’s really not as much of a bother as you would imagine and it filters quite quickly too :)

Perfect, does the job

Very good jug that fits on my fridge's shelf. I have been using BRITA for years now and I'm a happy customer. It's smaller then my previous BRITA jug but now I can keep it in the fridge and always have nice tasting cool water.

We used to have a great tasting tap water in my area, but following privatisation, it became horrible. I found myself buying bottled water, but aside from the cost, my main problem was that I did not always have it. At the times when I run out, I would resort to tap water, as horrible tasting as it is, which is the main reason why I decided to buy a water filter jug. I went for BRITA as it is a well established and respectable brand. This is my second purchase of the same product. The positives: Nice looking jug with good capacity and functionality; it shows you the state of the filter and indicates the time to change it. Provides a great tasting water. Fits in my fridge so I always have nice, fresh drinking water. The negatives: The jug looks nice when first opened and used, but it is not that easy to clean, especially if you live in a hard water area, you end up with water marks all over the jug, which are pretty impossible to clean. The quality of plastic is questionable and the jug gets scratched easily even if you use a soft part of a sponge. After a while, it ends up looking dirty and greasy due to scratches, regardless of how much you clean it, so, in my opinion, it is not very durable. The refill cartridges are quite expensive. As for the jug itself, considering the quality of the plastic, it is quite expensive, however if I focus on what is really important, which is the effectiveness of the product and the quality of the drinking water I get it is worth it, and I would certainly recommend it

Has a good lid and fits nicely in the fridge. Filtration is good and well worth the money

J'ai récemment fait l'acquisition de la carafe filtrante BRITA Marella d'une capacité de 2,4 litres, et je suis globalement très satisfait de mon achat. Tout d'abord, je tiens à souligner l'efficacité du service de livraison : le produit est arrivé exactement dans les délais annoncés, un point fort non négligeable. En ce qui concerne la carafe elle-même, elle est fidèle à la description fournie. Son design bleu apporte une touche d'élégance et de modernité à ma cuisine, sans parler de sa légèreté qui la rend très pratique à utiliser au quotidien. L'un des aspects les plus importants, la filtration, est à la hauteur de mes attentes. Bien que le processus de filtrage prenne un peu de temps, c'est en réalité le gage d'une filtration de qualité. Il suffit simplement de s'organiser un peu et de prévoir le remplissage en avance. Les cartouches filtrantes MAXTRA PRO incluses sont un vrai plus, offrant une eau au goût agréable et sans impuretés. En résumé, c'est un produit que je recommande pour ceux qui cherchent à allier style et efficacité dans le traitement de leur eau du robinet.

Muy contenta con el producto. Me ha permitido ahorrar mucho en la compra de agua y, además, ya no genero residuos de plástico. He comprado una segunda unidad porque estoy muy satisfecha con el resultado. Lo recomiendo al 100 %.

° Die Filterung ist wirklich sehr gut, das kann ich bei dem enorm kalkhaltigen Wasser, das bei mir aus der Leitung kommt, ruhigen Gewissens behaupten. Hierfür gibt es volle 5 Sterne. ° Tee, Kaffee, Wasser pur schmecken nach der Filterung um einiges besser als mit ungefiltertem Wasser. Klare 5 Sterne! *Ich habe bisher nur die "BRITA Filterkartuschen MAXTRA PRO All-in-1", welche im Gesamtpaket enthalten waren, verwendet. Ob sich die "BRITA Wasserfilter Kartuschen MAXTRA PRO Extra Kalkschutz" im Ergebnis wirklich unterscheiden, wird sich noch zeigen; zum Ausprobieren habe ich mir diese bereits bestellt. ° Der Wasserfilter sieht sehr stylish aus, was keineswegs unwichtig ist, steht er doch - ob seiner doch beachtlichen Größe - frei in der Küche. Hierfür gibt es ebenfalls volle 5 Sterne. Auch mit der Funktionalität bin ich nach ausgiebigem Gebrauch nun doch sehr zufrieden: ° Das Wasser läuft relativ zügig durch den Filter; pro Durchlauf kann ich damit eine 0,75l-Flasche füllen. ° Weiterhin nicht so zufrieden bin ich mit dem Deckel und dem Einsatz für das "Wasserhahn-Wasser". Beide sitzen nicht fest genug in der Kanne; auch wenn ich besonders darauf achte, dass der Deckel gut eingerastet ist. Sobald beim Gießen ein gewisser Winkel erreicht wird (i.d.R. wenn auch die letzten 100 ml noch ausgegossen werden sollen) lösen sich diese und logischerweise schwappt dann sowohl das restliche gefilterte Wasser, aber auch jenes, dass noch zu filtern ist, heraus. Der "See" ist damit vorprogrammiert. An dieser Stelle bekommt der Wasserfilter von mir nur 3 Sterne. ° Die Kanne verfügt über eine digitale Statusanzeige. Zuerst hielt ich es für nett, aber nicht wirklich sinnig. Meine Meinung habe ich geändert. Ich finde sie nun sehr sinnvoll, da ich dadurch vorgewarnt werde, wann der Filter zu wechseln ist. Man sieht es allerdings auch im Wasserkocher. Nähert sich die Leistung des Filters ihrem Ende, machen sich sofort Kalkablagerungen im Wasserkocher bemerkbar. P.S. - Ich habe den Tipp bekommen, dass die bei dm erhältlichen Wasserfilterpatronen angeblich in den Filter passen sollen (habe es noch nicht selbst ausprobiert!). Wenn dies stimmt, dann würde der Nachkauf natürlich um einiges günstiger kommen als beim Kauf von Original-Wasserfilterpatronen. ° Den Angebotspreis von € 24,99 für den BRITA Wasserfilter mit Kanne in blau (2,4l) inkl. 3x Maxtra Pro All-in-One-Kartuschen finde ich günstig und ansprechend. Der Preis bekommt natürlich auch 5 Sterne. Fazit: Insgesamt ein guter Kauf, den besonders meine Elektrogeräte (Kaffeeautomat + Wasserfilter, aber auch Getränkeflaschen, goutieren. Ich werde mir noch eine zweite Kanne zulegen für mein Blumenwasser, die ich dann mit günstigen Filtern bestücken werde. Und mein Trinkwasser bekommt weiterhin die hochwertigen Brita-Kartuschen spendiert :-)

Come attento consumatore, da quando ho adottato la caraffa filtrante BRITA Marella Blu, non posso fare a meno di questo pratico dispositivo. È diventato un must-have per la mia cucina, offrendo numerosi vantaggi sia per me che per l'ambiente. Uno degli aspetti più apprezzabili di questa caraffa è la sua capacità di ridurre efficacemente cloro, calcare e altri impurità presenti nell'acqua del rubinetto. Grazie ai filtri MAXTRA PRO All-in-1, l'acqua risulta più pura, fresca e dal gusto decisamente migliore rispetto a prima. È un vero e proprio toccasana per il mio tè e il mio caffè. La capienza si è rivelata perfetta per le mie esigenze familiari. Riesco a riempire rapidamente la caraffa e ad avere sempre a disposizione una buona scorta di acqua filtrata, senza dover ricorrere continuamente alle bottiglie di plastica. Un altro vantaggio non trascurabile è il risparmio economico a lungo termine. Invece di dover acquistare acqua in bottiglia, posso contare sull'affidabilità dei filtri BRITA, che durano circa un mese prima di doverli sostituire. È un investimento che ripaga ampiamente nel tempo. Inoltre, l'impatto ambientale della caraffa BRITA è decisamente positivo. Evitando l'uso di plastica monouso, sto contribuendo in modo tangibile alla riduzione dei rifiuti e all'utilizzo più sostenibile delle risorse idriche. Dal punto di vista pratico, l'utilizzo della caraffa è estremamente semplice. Il design intuitivo e la facilità di riempimento la rendono davvero user-friendly. Inoltre, l'elegante finitura blu conferisce un tocco di stile alla mia cucina. L'unico aspetto che potrebbe essere migliorato è la disponibilità di più opzioni di colore per la caraffa, in modo da adattarsi meglio a diverse decorazioni d'interni. In conclusione è stata un investimento davvero azzeccato per me. Migliora la qualità dell'acqua, riduce i costi e l'impatto ambientale, il tutto in modo semplice e pratico. La consiglio vivamente a chiunque cerchi una soluzione intelligente per l'approvvigionamento idrico domestico.
